It doesn't matter. Even if he means all 7 billion of us.
The problem with exploring space is space. It's big and it's empty - the clue is in the name - there's nothing to eat and nothing to breathe unless you bring it with you.
Googleclipper: "Someone who reads a post and understands a majority of the words, a minority of the sentences, none of the nuance and less still of the context; and then proceeds to type a word or two into Google and copy-paste the first result that comes up".
E.A.Blair, "Are the kids today utter shitcocks or what?" in "As I please", 1943-1945.
When you say equally, do you mean it lands exactly on zero? I don't think anyone is claiming that. But if you have some reason why it would be wildly different, like outside of 2 SDs, I'd like to hear it.
Also, I suspect you missed the point. If the timekeeping guy is a little slow to respond (or if he jumps the gun) then he's slow to respond (or he jumps the gun) for both teams.
Whenever the subject of guns comes up, people claim that it's not just about protection against burglars, it's protection against oppressive government. And when you ask them if it's the same now as it was in 1776 they don't get it, so you explain that bad ol' King George didn't have AH-64s. Then they say it doesn't matter, because American soldiers would never fire on their own people, even if they are hippehs and corminusts[1]. And when you point out that in that case they don't really need to be able to fight bad ol' King George, they just call you a goshddam muslimberal faggot.
[1] Kent State was a hoax, like the moon landings.
They use MongoDB. You don't need to worry about database changes, because it's webscale.
# Because THREE is a magic number ... /#
something something trinity (or is it trilogy)
Can it be used to make nuclear wessels?
Except "at all" doesn't mean "in any situation". You can always, if you're aspie enough, invent a corner case where a dumb thing would make sense.
It's a form of emphasis.

Possibly not, but it wouldn't stop Ernie Wise.

Did I mention that it's big?
*sigh*

"it's" is short for "it is". Substitute that into the sentence. Does it make sense? No, it does not.
And before any googleclippers respond, "it has" doesn't fucking fit either.
They send you an invoice for taking a leak?
That's nearly as bad as Belgium.
I like that. I would add that the ones they're trying to outsmart usually fail too.
Such is life.
It's why we can't have nice things, and if we did we'd lose/break them.

It totally does when the STORY is about AUSTRIA banning (or not) cash payments.
I'd prefer one who avoids them, but YMMV. Especially since him surviving doesn't imply that his passengers (or the poor bastards on the ground) do.
As for the rest, I would parody it - but I can't come up with anything that does so better than the original.
Can't be. Several of the rules explicitly forbid poofters.
Right, because that's what the dickhead meant. He was talking about how quick power plants can spin up, or something.
Because Austria totally used the US dollar.
I'd say it's a good thing.
You did mean that they'll eventually ban all emojis, right?
Listen to me, I know all about aircraft - I've been in dozens of crashes.
I suspect it's not about whose car it is. It's about being embarrassed by association with a boorish oaf.
Drones can be armed, so yes, it totally is related to autonomous weapons.
The law can't say that. It's against human rights!
WTF is a "showcaseâ"? Is it Norwegian or something?
About 2 quid per head. Total game changer, that.
"Kilowatts per hour" doesn't make any sense at all. Watts are already a rate - joules per second.
I think minitab is better. How would you convince me otherwise?
