I too was a fan of Microsoft. But, once I received my first computer, I wanted to test out new things try new experiences (ie my 1960s). I realized Linux provided what Microsoft could and they were the same for what I do. If I had broadband access, it might be linux hands down. If I didn't have a connection, Microsoft would be my only applications. I like programing better with linux, I like gaming better with windows. The whole argument between the two should be, pick the OS that suites your needs, not others.

Emperor Gates is pulling out! Our operation: safari resistance has succeded! We need to send out the Jaquar tanks finish the Jobs. Good thing we have the Linux Penguin battleships on our side or this war against tyranny would've been over long ago. Vive le resistance!.... Ah! I had that nightmare again where Bill Gates took over the world again...
... but their addiction consisted of cocaine and not video games. In ten years, caffine will be the thing gamers become addicted to! "I don't want to play Doom IV again, but why not - I haaave the POOOOOWEER!"
Typing ""2 L8 - U WILL B ASSIM8D" will take to long with the thumb. Instead, one should just expect 2 8 U W AS8D. However, lol will become longer and become "I am laughing out loud right now, you are amusing me". Ahhh, the irony.

So true. Of course this may end up being like the metric system, being the rest of the world's unit for measurement of everything while we use the "English" system. Instead of metric it'll be UNIX and instead of english it'll be Micro$oft.
Are you sure? Because the imagination can create anything and it is a breeze (unlike Microsoft). The earliest thing I can remember is when I was like 2 and went to buy a hulk hogan tooth brush. (I am a youngin', what can I say?) Also I can remember bits and peices of the gulf war. And playing Mario Type on floppy disk, back when you had to type windows to access windows... But I might be dreaming about some of my other early memories because I can't confirm them. But man, they are fuzzy.

Sounding like a Rap song is okay, besides sounding has become too generic to describe the RIAA's music.

Does anyone have an idea when the new Microsot OS is going to be released or what it's project name is now?
