    Understandable especially the way they have been puffing themselves up lately. It isn't growth of their movement though just the last desperate actions before the tidal wave of common sense that is rising.

    It wouldn't have been long ago that my original post would have been moderated to oblivion here, by the very sort of people you describe.

  8. Using Delphi 10 now for quick and dirty control interfaces for my hardware projects. It's still beautiful. You can get what you want done quickly and lucidly and you don't need the editor translating whitespace into into mnemonics so you can see what's a block and what isn't.

    It takes 15 hours to fly from New York to Shanghai. Your argument is that it will take 15 hours to put on a flight suit?

    No and I get the feeling talking to someone who can't parse this sentence "You will be spending time putting on a pressure suit and sitting in a rocket being readied for takeoff" isn't worth the effort.

  10. That's misleading - you are indeed more likely to be beaten in Europe, but homicides are higher in the US. If death is your fear, than the US is "more dangerous". If a beating is your fear, then Europe is "more dangerous".

    Actually you just don't understand civil rights or conservatism. It was both Republican and conservative to make certain everyone has equal rights.

    Liberalism plays off group identity so they took it further to establish special rights for special groups.

    They managed to find a couple minutes of very good footage, so I'll give it a watch.
    I don't have high expectations. I still remember Voyager when every episode I asked myself why haven't the crew or the maqui killed Janeway by the end.
    Then there was Enterprise that had that lousy theme song that was just plain irritating.
    Or next generation where picard tried to talk everyone to death.

    Maybe they can get another DS-9 not going to hold my breath.
