the root of that issue is that customer was not aware of the internal process change
The root of the issue was that the project managers managed it waterfall/PMI style while pretending to be agile. I've seen that happen too many times - you go into sprint "planning" and are handed the list of stories that the PMs already decided will be worked that sprint.
Agile has been around long enough that consulting sales are falling; companies like this need to invent something new to sell. What better way to reach the unwashed masses than a slashvertisement?
The biggest concerns are keeping them away from manned aircraft and limiting how many are above crowds. I know the ones in use today are small, but you still don't want idiots buzzing the crowd at sporting events, etc.
Your chart doesn't support that statement. Blue states are almost evenly split with the majority allowing sales; Red somewhat less even against allowing direct sales. But it's hardly what anyone would call a "Republican thing".
experiments that depend on measuring problem solving and it's interaction with the brain have never really been better from smarter creatures
Citation needed. We gave our dog an intelligence test - put a treat under a paper cup and see if he's smart enough to move the cup and get the treat. Dog looked at me waiting for a signal, as soon as I said "OK" he knocked the cup over with his paw and grabbed the treat. Tried the test with our goldfish; he just flopped around on the floor.
This was discussed a while back; it isn't married women who are freezing their eggs. Most women who want to freeze their eggs do so because they don't want to be single mothers. Finding a husband comes first, the frozen eggs are an insurance policy in case that doesn't happen when they're still young. Although one could make the argument that working too much limits their social life, that doesn't seem to be the problem. The real problem is that once they graduate from college "All the good men are married or gay".
The article makes it clear that about half of the ~5000 warheads were left behind when the Iraqi army ran away from ISIS. It's not clear if the contents of those weapons is still usable or whether ISIS has the technology to deploy them. I suppose if they can use them they will.
Iraq got some help from Western countries (mostly illegal exports from Germany) but most of it came from India, Egypt, and China.
Lockheed is an engineering company. Even if the military is funding this project it could have huge benefits for everyone. Cheap, clean electricity and no dependence on uncertain sources of oil are the goal.
Postgresql will soon own the low and middle end RDBMS market. Oracle and DB2 fight for the high end, but Postgresql and NoSQL databases are rapidly encroaching on that market too.
Dropbox wasn't hacked, but your email address and password were. This is why I hate websites that insist on harvesting email addresses. I know one might be needed for some purposes but don't show it without additional authentication, or better yet, don't ever show it..
Expensive weddings usually mean one of two things: 1) Family has enough money to throw a big party without creating a financial hardship, or 2) The couple is more concerned about appearances than managing their finances.
I think a more interesting question is: How much money did the couple borrow to pay for the engagement ring and wedding? If that number is greater than zero there is a problem.
it costs more to have a wedding with 100 people than with 25.
Not necessarily; you can throw a party for 100 people without spending $30k. We did it in high school and college many times.
What the study tells me is that people who live within their means are more likely to have a stable marriage. She doesn't need a bigger diamond than her friend, you don't need a more expensive car than your neighbor. If you go deep into debt to have a fancy wedding, nice furniture, and expensive car you are asking for problems.
NONE of those explain the change in isotope species described in the article
That is the easiest part of all to explain. Rossi himself put the fuel into the device, and Rossi himself removed the "ashes". Why did he need to be the only one who handled the material? That by itself invalidates the entire test.

And for the irony, aren't the Republicans usually all for the free market and against restrictions?
No. In general they don't like big government, but that's not the same as no regulation.
In this case it's not clear if the driving force is dealers or the UAW, probably both. Odd bedfellows and all that.
state bans on Tesla sales are a Republican thing.

Cultures are different. East is East, West is West.

It kind of makes sense if there's a way to make it more progressive than a flat sales or value added tax. Taxing people's savings doesn't make sense.
The journalists position is that no censorship is acceptable.
I'd leave it all completely open
That's why you'll never be President; it's all about marketing.

Nah. Just build some really big air conditioners and put them outside. That'll work.
Apparently there was an error converting from metric to standard units. In metric a 100MW reactor is expected to be roughly 4x4x7 meters.
Let the other person do all the talking.

Can the Sun Realistically Power Datacenters?
Therefore the answer is: No

So you are saying a person convicted of possessing drugs deserves to keep that criminal status for life?
Unless a judge seals the record, a conviction is a public record. So yes.
Whether or not being convicted of possession of a small amount of pot is important to the person doing the search is another matter.

Reproducible results means someone else can build the device and get the same results. Unless that happens it's a hoax.
General manager leads day-to-day operations, CEO leads long term strategy. Often it's the same person, but doesn't have to be.
