Yeah, I had a similar problem with a friend visiting the US again and forgot to bring his currently active prepay T-Mobile SIM.
He stopped in a mall near the airport to have his prepay account switched to a new SIM and they tried to sell him a phone. That's when I had to explain to him that the mall kiosks are 3rd parties reselling T-Mobile services and are not actual T-Mobile stores.
I took him to an actual T-Mobile store and they had him set up in a few minutes.
Heck, wasn't the iSight the only webcam for Firewire?
No, I had firewire webcams from 2 different vendors long before Apple released the iSight.
The original demonstrations I saw at conferences with the early firewire boards only had a Sony firewire webcam as firewire was originally only designed for moving video.
Using firewire for external hard drives and other tech came long after firewire/i.link was added to video cameras.
Han shooting first shows just what kind of a dangerous scoundrel the Rebels have to rely on. It's the beginning of his character journey from rogue to respectable.
Huh? Han blowing away some guy about to kill him was VERY respectable!:-)
He would have been even MORE respectable if he had double tapped.
I would assume their aim would be to keep going through alaska and join up with the main american rail network in canada. Just going to alaska would seem rather pointless.
Unless the tunnel is really to suck all the oil out of Alaska.;-)
They helped so that we wouldn’t be presenting a cookbook on how to make meth and told him what steps to leave out so that anyone mimicking the procedures would fail.
Yup. A TV show giving inaccurate information is going to prevent people from making meth.
Also keep in mind that Comcast keeps the serial number for that modem in their database, so if you try to sell it or give to someone else to use on Comcast they will refuse to activate it and accuse the new owner of being a thief
Even when you are no longer a Comcast customer and haven't used the modem with them for over 12 months.
Or do you think there will be a day you can 3D print a plastic chair that can support a person for $5?
Do you think 3D printing will always be limited to weak materials?
It will cost extra to print one that doesn't damage packages.
Who says you need to tell the truth on those questions?
The topic of this thread is about how a password manager takes care of everything.
Keep focused.
Just another reminder to use strong passwords, password managers, and change them often. It's a pain, but it's the reality of the digital world.
What good is a password manager when the answers to your security questions are public knowledge?
Imagine a world where there were multiple standards for cigarette lighter^W^W accessory power connectors...
You mean like the car having an actual standard power connector in the first place instead of the outdated cigarette lighter hack?
McDonald's
When Ray Kroc was alive, he banned pay phones from McDonald's. Since his death, they started popping up at the stores.
It worked for Agent Coulson.
Google doesn't supply updates to most of the Android phones. It's the device manufactures that do that.
The manufactures don't either.
HTC G2 (aka Desire Z) and HTC One S. Updated ended barely a year after purchase.
That's also why the Americans stopped going there. It's a waste of the budget and resources.
And those resources were redirected into more bombing of Vietnam.
That's actually the GOAL of cashless.
Forcing the poor to get ripped off by all the fees for debit cards.
But what is also weird is that the US has a $1 coin.
The US HAD a $1 coin. It was shut down due to "cost cutting." But the old ones are still in circulation.

Oh, and about 95% of my customers use Google Maps instead of the phone book.
What's a "phone book"?

Space X already has a capsule.. No need for Orion.

It takes more than two people to tip over a smart? Guess they must be little girly men.
A Smart Car is 1,6120 pounds.
36MPG is not good gas mileage, especially for a tiny car like that. I think that's what is bothering the vandals.
My 2009 model only gets 26-30MPG.

All episodes after the first or second season when they started letting Patrick Stewart actually act.
There are.. FOUR lights!
Voyager was somewhat watchable: several non-ridiculous characters, some non-ridiculous story, less of the "holodeck" ridiculousness.
A holographic doctor isn't holodeck ridiculousness?

Skynet becomes self aware in 3 2 1...
My MacMini will not run any version of OS-X later than Snow Leopard.
I do not plan to upgrade to a newer Mac, I plan to investigate other, non-Apple, options.
That would be a 2006 Mac mini. You are complaining about upgrading from an 8 year old computer?
