His Modus Operandi is usually to claim that he CHOOSES to be an asshole who won't pay anybody what he owes them (due to something about not being satisfied with the work output while sending undocumented workers into homelessness when the subcontractor goes bankrupt).

I'm more of a doubter than a denier- but this could explain men's fashion choices over the last three centuries, which has often baffled me (in that I see all of them as dressing far too warmly for normal room temperatures).
Exactly my thought. If I was building in Louisiana after 2005, my house would be a houseboat, on dry land, with pylons, and the back of the garage would have a boat in it.

Would be an interesting theory to try to reverse. A rail gun orbiting Saturn, with appropriate ballistics calculations, could shoot ice at it. Be massively expensive, but it would be one hell of a neat terraforming operation.
