For a long time I was on the fence about Apple. I liked their strong sense of making sure everything works
But then I encountered their users, snobby idiots really. Although it was not because they used Apple, more that those with a specific profession tend to use Macs
Recently I havent liked Apple because of their DRM and crazy control they have over their products and markets. I mean IPods that you cant change the battery in? WTF!
Now yet another reason I dont like Apple, these guys dont seem to realize what they are doing, stagnating their own products by being jackasses about their products.
I have distantly wanted a Mac, just to toy with it... but why? No reason anymore.

Unless you are some super human that can talk on the phone while driving, and then get to your destination and remember how you got there (specifics as simple as remembering off ramps/cars etc that you would normally remember just because), talking on the phone while driving is not a good idea. I have found myself driving while talking, getting home and not remembering the trip at all. I was on "auto" the whole time.
This happens to just more than myself as I have talked with many people, and all agree that this has happened to them. I have no idea if I could have prevented a wreck, or even caused one because I couldnt remember anything. Scary, yes, scientific no. But I do seem to remember Mythbusters tackled this issue, and they found that driving while talking and driving while drunk are pretty similar.
There are also studies that prove we use the same part of our brain to talk and drive. Our brains are not multi-taskers, and they are not multi-processors to which we can set affinity. So, dont be stupid, put down the phone.

Now, to get a discount on your car insurance, they ask for mileage. Its a nice idea, if you drive less you are less at risk of getting into an accident. Or at least that is the thought.
It is a small jump to use these devices to "report your mileage" to the health insurance companies for a reduced fee. Mark this comment people, in a few years....

What will happen will be the standard that us humans have followed throughout the ages.

We will wait until the IPv4 addresses run out and then force businesses to start using IPv6 if they want to get on the internet.
There will be a temporary boon for networking manufacturers as companies will have to change their equipment
As a side curiosity, I wonder how many public IPv4 IPs are actually in use.
