If companies provide network access they should not be be allowed to be a content provider. Too much conflict of interest and they can concentrate on properly managing and not OVERselling their network.
Remember where the scores on pinball machines were sane then one day I saw the ST TNG pinball and the score was like in the millions. Was like WTF? The pricing on some of these virtual companies is the same.
I got an AMD A10 5600K chip and was having some issues with FPS in Xonotic. Wasn't sure WTF and blamed it on AMD. Picked up a used nvidia gtx 280. Well the graphics seemed much smoother for about 5 min then the slow downs started/ WTF? Anyways make a long story short I got a big fat CPU cooler and out of the blue the A!0 chip with opensource radeon drivers can play the game maxed out with no issues.
So here I was blaming AMD for crappy drivers when the CPU was overheating with the stock cooler. Oh and what did the Nvidia drivers do well they filled up my logs with bg of junk for some bug (Im using Linxu Mint 16) in the kernel/drivers. Eventually got the Running low on / space error messages.
I was quite excited about the official Steam client for Linux and bought about a $100 worth of games when it came out. Cheating or not they no have right to scan for/look at anything outside of the Steam system ie Steam/game created files.
Yes I will not support Steam anymore as I have that power. $100+ lost but lesson learned.

You know if you don't stand up and say enough of this shit its never going to stop. ATM we have a better chance of getting wipped out by a meteor then we do by some bad ass strapped to a bomb. I get almost side swiped at least once per day while driving on the highway. So what if we get attacked once in a while more people are killed by their diets and the chemicals used in food, there's the governmental outrage about these food terrorist companies that are causing serious damage to out health and economy.

Sooooo a year so goes by and my cat is paralyzed on the front lag/paw and he starts to chew on it. It as getting quite bad and always has to bandaged up. Well I figure Im going taking him to a "feline" only vet, to see about the front leg getting amputated after he took off his bandaging and chewed the crap out of his paw. Well he was treated good for a measly $500 but my other vet was on holidays and i needed to be done. Well I got a quote for the leg amputation LOL $4000!!!!! Oh oh and I get a special anesthesiologist from the US to come in on the amputation. All me and my wife could do was sit there awkwardly and just blink for 5 min LOL. Soo I said yah ok we'll be contact you don't contact us. Well my vet quoted me $800 all in with out me saying anything about the price fom the other vet.
You want a good way to see how much the vet is getting from pushing commercial cat/dog food talk to them about your pet going on a RAW diet. The open minded one will give you a break down on benefits of each one the one that's in it for themselves and money will make you feel like you will couldn't possibly understand animal nutrition and only they know (which is usually only a few weeks of training) what is the best food.
There's no guarantee your music will make you money just like any business venture. Music label contract scams have been know for ever yet you signed up because you dreamed your product is going to make you famous, well you knew what the end result would be. You're too afraid to publish your self because you keep dreaming of 15 min of fame and you think you and you product will get you rich.
