Well anyone and everyone who wants to be another web host yet have no idea on how to secure a server so they hire some $40 per month security company to secure their servers. There must be 1000's of those servers out there ripe for raping.
People realise that when adults sit behind a computer on a forum/community site they act like they're still in high school with their clique mentality.
other countries can go after US companies they think are infringing on their products and get the courts to force say Google.fr to de list those US businesses.
