I'm not sure why you're against Shoot'em Ups, unless you mean something more along the lines of First or Third Person shooters. Or more specifically, a game that involves violence by or against human beings. Or are you including any kind of shooting at all?
Shoot'em ups are just dodge'n'shoot games, generally 2-D space games with crazy numbers of enemies and firepower to dodge.
