    10 years or so ago, AMEX had "Private Payments", where you could generate a single-use number for a transaction. The number was valid for a single transaction and expired in two days or so.

    Then they dropped the service. I never figured out why.

    I once worked with a headhunter. When I talked with them, one of the things I made clear was that I did not know DB, had no experience with DB, and they should not send me on any interviews for DB work.

    So they send me on an interview. Three minutes into the interview, I'm apologizing for wasting their time. The assholes sent me to a job interview for a DBA post.

    Just so you'll know, it was Blessed Holy Saint Ronald Reagan who established in-state tuition for UC. Before Reagan's tenure as governor, UC had no tuition for CA residents.

    In-state tuition of the University of California is over $10K per year. My daughters averaged $27K (ncluding room and board) per year.

    My math shows 714kW, which is a more reasonable, but not by much .7 * 85kWh/5min * 60min/hr = 714kW
