why not buy some high-lift spacecraft from the Russian?
It would take NASA 15 years to design a failure-prone spacecraft based on the 1970's designs.
We lost the NASA engineers that could produce anything do to age, The present Politically-correct design-persons would screw up a "shit-sandwich"
You think its worth 300 million dollar a launch!? We wasted money by putting "pork-barrel"_John Glenn back to space! We also had to fly three doctors on the mission to protect FACE because of Glenn!
Lets do something better, design a safer system and stop putting PC free-riders into space.
We would do better by hiring the Russian designers to produce something outside of our lobby-happy-kickback-congress!!
Pennslyvania, the land of fees, taxes and more taxes on top of taxes has a law on the books.

I quote: "If a vendor effects dilevery of a taxiable item to a Pennslyvania vendee through the mails, charges by the vendor for the cost of the taxible item and the POSTAGE(empasis mine) fee are subjest to the tax, even if these charges are stated separately on the invoice"
I have contacted the US Postage Service numerous time, they ignor my request and could not care one iota about tax on US Postage.
My PA sennators "spector (not-proven) and santorum have never asnswered to any CC sent to them when I complain ot the USP (not to be confused with United Parcel Service - A true provider of service!!!).

do you realize that PEG is used to stabilize green wooden products, so they can be machined and not crack or warp when dried!!
