    What are these mature markets with few players? Not the car industry for one, not the cheese industry, not the toilet paper industry, not the whisky industry. I bet I could name more mature industries with many players than you could with industries with few players. This is beyond the phone, computer, OS industries.

    Besides the misplaced idea of needing to put cash into something just for a feature not to work. The credit disappears If you don't use the it. It disappears if you don't spend any of it after 6 months. This idea was implemented before MS bought Skype.

    By that logic we could also kill babies with birth defects or pre-screen for defects before they are born (you know like the Nazis did), they need expensive, constant care for their whole lives, but serve no practical use to society except to soak up resources.

    I'm not stupid by any means, but I certainly have asked some stupid questions; with me believing the store assistant will probably think I'm stupid as he mentally adds our situation to his memory bank of other encounters. Sometimes people aren't stupid, they just don't know, or they over think the situation and end up looking like an ass.
