Here, robust statistics might be bad. Normally, I would say, robust statistics is superior to the crap called "parametric statistics, based on the junk "arithmetic mean", etc.
Yet, I would guess that the few outliers of interest here would have been missed by the Buick version of statistics - the median. Hence, the AMC Pacer would win hands downs as it would steer away for any folly in its way.
What do you cite if you're on a tight budget? The free stuff, not necessarily the most "relevant" stuff (said the cynic, in me, too); here, the relevant stuff may be cited in the free stuff, so why not, the logical chain is there.
Good, now make two versions, one International version and one US version.
The international version should be the gold version, with the US version a crippled version which honors all the software patent follies going on in the US.
The rest of the world should just ignore their sissy talk.
Let us hope that Apache don't respect US software patents outside the US.

Is Android a next gen KDE competitor? Android is after all essentially a desktop environment, but also a layer isolating the Linux kernel. Despite being a childishly avid KDE-fanboy I imagine that neither KDE or Gnome will "make it", get total dominance on the Linux desktop. Therefore, what are the chances that Qt, controlled by a "Microsoft controlled" Nokia, could be considered a risk by Google... Hmmm... Ramblings, as I could not not fit the pieces together, and I'm getting very offtopic... Help me out! Still, the Android factor is probably too important to forget here, even for the pc.
This is a Harold Clamping parallel, how loons fool themselves. Area 51 could only have been credible alien ship junkyard to a poorly educated lot. Most modern people believe in repeatable, falsifiable observations. Those who don't live with a world view that is arcane, oblivious, and ignorant. As such, why give them the media attention? Do you also laugh at people with Down's syndrome or any other serious challenges? These dudes are parts the modern freak show.
Do I remember correctly if I remember a a Slashdot article with a link to a short film of a man pulling graphene from a solid carbon piece, like Scotch tape? At the time I thought it was fake, but as time went I realized it was for real. Graphene is way cool, and would be nice to find and see that clip again!

Seriously, what good are programs you can check and compile yourself?! If the program with 25,000 lines of contain a piece of "virus", how would you know?!
If one should test desktop performance, XFCE, Gnome, LXDE, KDE and at least one more should be standard. Besides, I think Gnome and KDE should be merged.
"feminist research"
LOL!
Either you are an idiot or a cuckold.
Feminism is not a science. Feminism is a political view, not science.
Why not apply for "democrat research" or "republican research", or "nazi research".

This gives more citations, - i.e. it's a win-win!

Most smartphones are way faster than a P2. I'm not sure if that is good or bad, as I had a $2000 P2 (300MHz Klamath) too.

Soon, a chair found stuck into Einhorn's head (dann, ein genauer Horn).
Does the principle apply to Linux? If yes, then it matters, for nerds, for real. ;)

I did and I didn't find it. I looked at all 611 thumbnails but didn't see one that matched.
Thanks! True, I forgot that there are "others" too. :)

From the article " Thunderbolt hardware, we've been told, cost no less than $90"
Ouch.
What record was broken, a bluray disk? That was how I first read the title, confusing record with some disk.

Sorry, wrong story.
Merge Gnome and KDE!
Too much low lever efforts in two places. XFCE and LXDE could merge too.
Merge Gnome and KDE!
