That's not moving goalposts. If you ask for the data, you expect you'll get the original recordings, not a bunch of values that have been adjusted arbitrarily at someone's whim without an explanation of those adjustments and a means of extracting the original values.

Really? So a scientist postulates a new theory, devises an experiment to test the theory, performs the experiment, and notes the results match the theory. He did this all on his own, without any help. His experiment is repeatable, and it's verifiable. But he hasn't shared the results with anyone yet, so there is no consensus. So what you're claiming is this scenario is impossible?

newsflash: fresh water is an infinitely renewable resource. The problem isn't a lack of fresh water, the problem is surplus population in regions prone to natural drought cycles. With proper water reserve infrastructure, development, and management, these regions could easily eliminate water shortages.

The average global temperature is rising is settled? Uh, no, sorry, it's not settled at all. First of all, we have scarce data for the temperature of the oceans. What little data we have comes from the ARGO global array, and that only measures the top layer of the oceans. The UK Met Office EN3 subsurface ocean temperature data shows a decline in heat from 2003 to 2013. So that means the deep oceans would need to be warming in order to compensate for the surface cooling we've measured. However, we don't have any measurements of deep ocean temperatures, which leaves your claim of global temperature rising to be unfounded.

First off, the F-35 has forced China and Russia to commit a large amount of time and resources to try and counter it's superiority. From an economic standpoint, if you're forcing potential enemies to dedicate time and resources to try and counter your technology, it's a win. Secondly, just because Russia and China are able to develop technology to detect it doesn't mean it's useless. There are numerous other potential uses that don't involve Russian and Chinese radar.

Whati, which is relatively close to Yellowknife, is at 17 where the normal range is 12 to 22. Source: https://weather.gc.ca/city/pag... So unless today is much cooler across NT than at the time of your posting, it seems the region is well within normal bounds overall (based on small sample size of 4), with only Yellowknife reporting a high in the upper bounds of normal. It also seems that the north end of the territory is actually pushing the boundaries of unusually cold, while the southern most region is in the upper half of normal. *Drought is not necessarily a result of warmer atmosphere. It's even possible that the extremely long and cold winter is the cause of the drought. Delays in melting of snow in the higher altitude regions results in a decline and/or delay in spring flooding. Manitoba is currently experiencing a very late seasonal flood for this reason too.

That being said, there's no doubt that the IRS has been steered to target potential Republican funding sources. Lerner pleaded the 5th for a reason. You don't need to do that if you didn't do anything wrong. But please, just for the record, explain why the IRS did nothing wrong, this is not a scandal, but Lerner needed to plead the 5th anyway.
