BUT, noone forced google to take money from them for running their ads.. but they did
wendy's and bk couldn't be forced to put mcdonald's ads on their placeholders - but it wouldn't be good business to do so
if they did take money to show mcd's ads and then didn't, that'd be a different story.
thing is, this lawsuit would be hard to prove - it's not like you can walk into the restaurant and just see the placemats
