As a tax payer, you don't get to decide what your taxes are spent on, nor does any agency or government official owe you squat for an answer. They may even require you to file a FOIA request to get an answer. Government employees are responsible to those who oversee their agencies...hint: it's not you. You only get to put your $.02 in during elections.

Yes, there's plenty wrong with the federal government, but your lack of understanding it isn't helping you.

The only reason she's at all relevant still is because of the sound bites she supplies the media. They follow her around waiting for these moments. And Trump, by allowing her to do that endorsement of him, showed once again, what a clown he is.

So, if Slashdot is going to post this crap, they should give equal time to "Reverend" Al. Both sides have their idiots.

Read the paragraph below. It talks about "use of airspace". That doesn't exclude anything.

The Administrator of the Federal Aviation Administration shall develop plans and policy for the use of the navigable airspace and assign by regulation or order the use of the airspace necessary to ensure the safety of aircraft and the efficient use of airspace. The Administrator may modify or revoke an assignment when required in the public interest.

The Supreme Court has previously ruled on the ownership of airspace above property. When your 3 year old can jump high enough to inhibit the "safety of aircraft", then you should worry. That and your bird comment were both a bit childish.

FWIW, I'm not a Trump fan, and haven't made up my own mind on this or the bakery issue.

It sure as shit does control medicare patients. My 77 yr old mother has been through numerous surgeries over the last several years, and is in need of more. However, Medicare limits how much time she can spend in rehab after surgery to under 100 days. She's used that up, and has to wait for a cooling off period before re qualifying, in spite of being in dire need of surgery again. It's not the doctors controlling this, it's the fucking government.
