More TDS (Trump derangement syndrome). If there was no collusion, there's nothing to obstruct because you end up with the same result...justice is served.
Now, had Muller pointed to a stained blue dress, I'd be calling for Trump's head. But go ahead and keep investigating for the next year or so, and watch who gets reelected because moderates (like myself, who didn't vote for him) will start saying enough is enough.
Hater...most states have also banned it (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Texting_while_driving#Existing_laws) because we leave our driving laws to the states. And in spite of your claim, most countries have not, while a significant number have.
If you can pay that much attention (clue: you can't), then you're also not swerving, sitting at green lights, or driving 10mph below the limit, and thus not the problem.
According to NHTSA 37,461 people died in car crashes in the U.S. in 2016. 4% of that is 1498, so you tell us if that many would be "statistically significant".
WTF are you driving? I haven't waited for an auto to "spin up" since driving my mother's '77 Caddy. Yes, I agree that it makes people safer because they have to use both hands and pay attention. But, I'll never own another stick that I use to drive in rush hour...nearly had to ice my leg down when stuck in a 3 hour jam several years ago.
Are you arguing that this shouldn't be illegal? Police should have the option of ticketing someone for doing this, and I just saw a perfect example on Friday while driving home where I observed some moron swerving between three lanes while texting. Sure, he could have been pulled over for other offenses such as not maintaining his lane, or reckless driving, but I'm perfectly fine with adding another layer on top of that. I only wish we'd allow the cop to take his phone and smash it in front of him.
That's a load of crap and you know it. Sure they're profit margins have dropped since the internet changed the whole business model. But WaPo and NYT have always been liberal news havens since long before Bezos. WaPo even does critical stories about him.
If the goal is to make money, then how do you explain that the "MSM" are becoming less and less profitable? How do you explain that they are slowly replaced with alternative media? How do you explain that a generic YouTuber with almost no means and doing some generic political commentaries can get more views than news channels from the "MSM"?
One of the dumbest questions ever asked on/. The MSM doesn't control the internet, and the same way that Sears and KMart didn't. The same way that the big real estate companies are quivering in their boots over Zillow and Redfin. Because the internet has changed their business model, and the competition is driving down their profits.
I grew up in Detroit, where we had Hamtramck, which had the largest Polish population of any city outside Poland. We had Greektown, we and other enclaves of German, Arab, and other groups. While they often worked or went to school together, they went home to their little clique neighborhoods.
When I moved to the DC area, I saw a much more integrated city, but to this day we have pockets of Korean, Vietnamese and a few other ethnicities.
Americans that I worked with in Germany and Korea did the same...while we would often partake in some of the national festivities, we'd normally stick together.
I think you can only assimilate just so much and then you want some of what you grew up with, which is why you see that difference with the 2nd generations.
This is the same trouble we have in the US with states that allow non-English speaking people to take their driver's exams in their native language. I was blown away when my ex-wife was allowed to take it in Korean. I had a Vietnamese coworker who argued that it wasn't necessary until I was able to show him about a dozen examples of English signage that would have required it.
A doubled risk of heart attacks (see link I provided) would argue that they aren't "massively safer", and there's plenty more study to be accomplished.
On the other hand, if a campaign co-ordinates with foreigners to engage in activities aimed at influencing an election
BOGGLE!!! WTF do you think the purpose of the fucking dossier was??? Damn are you dense.

waste of space article.
It's not "a nobody". It's literally billions of cameras.

No, he doesn't want to admit that he's part of the problem, and doesn't like it being called out.

I'm a dumbfuck who wants to text, and this law shouldn't apply to me. Whatabout murder, rape, assault, lying to "Contgress", etc.
FTFY

And destruction of his phone.
They also text while stopped at traffic lights, illegal in Australia but hardly a concern.
Sorry, that's also unacceptable. I see it nearly every other day where people are sitting at a green light texting.
Parent: I don't like the results so I'm gonna make strawman arguments against the scientific study.
I'm guessing you don't like the results of the Mueller report too.
Is 4% even statistically significant?

Societal acceptance of missing a call because I didn't want to pick up the fucking phone should also be okay.
Mod parent up and read his newsweek link...priceless!

Most of them don't make money any more

Compared to humans it's having a much better track record lately.
Yes, please stop getting on airplanes now.

No, we walked ten miles up hill both ways. It's fine, keep your head in the sand.
