I'm a long-time member of Bit-tech and know Piloux pretty well. We've talked about contests some, but it seems that there aren't very many modding contests in Belgium. The link was sent to Valve a couple months ago, and they said it was passed around the office. And to those of you who are wondering why hes using that mouse and keyboard: if he knew that this mod was going to be so popular, I'm sure he would have bought someting better. This mod wasn't supposed to be an expensive one;).
Unfortunately, Dell doesn't have any stores, only online/catalog/etc.
My suggestion is...go to the Apple Store in NYC!:D Apple laptops rock.
Seriously, if you're only going to be there for four days, order it early approx at a date that will let it arrive within the time your at your hotel. If they send it to your hotel while your there, you should be fine. But if it comes early/late, I'm sure the hotel will help you out (assuming its a good hotel and not some shabby place!)
The problem with AOL is they make it too easy to get their customer's email addresses. If you have an AOL account, you have access to seeing everybody else's screenname which is a great security risk. When I had an AOL account, I had more spam then I've ever had with any other account.
Unfortunately, you very little options as to how you can download mp3s legally. The RIAA thinks we're stealing from them, that we just don't want to pay for songs. I would gladly pay for songs . . . if I could get them. The RIAA either needs to shutup or give us something so we can download all music that's available on CDs. Its the convenience factor that has got me wanting to download songs, not the price factor.
May not be as insecure as you think

You have all posted very valid reasons why this new system would be unsecure, but don't you think Chameleon would have taken some measures to secure this?
I have no proof or way of knowing if this is what Chameleon does, but if they're smart, they've done something along these lines:
If someone stole your chameleon card, they wouldn't be able to use it without your fingerprint.
I assume Chameleon wouldn't let just anyone load any Chameleon card into their pocket vault. I'm sure they assign a single card to each pocket vault/user, and it won't accept cards that do not match the pocket vault's number.
So if someone stole your card (account #001) and tried to put it in their pocket vault (account #002), it would deny it because the card isn't account #002.
If someone stole your credit card and scanned it into their pocket vault, again I assume each pocket vault would have one user assigned and if it didn't match, it wouldn't accept. For those of you who say "What if a wife wants to use husband's card and vice-versa?", Chameleon probably lets you assign both the wife and the husband's name, so she can use his cards and he can use her cards.

Yep, you heard me right. I propose we blow Florida off the coast and give them to Cuba. They keep screwing things up. ;)
P.S. For those of you who take me seriously...you should be shot. Good day.
