1. Go to http://www.opera.com/, click Free Download, and download the version for your platform. 2. Go back here, hit F12, and uncheck Enable Referrer Logging. 3. Click the link, and view the suggestion. 4. ??? 5. Well, if you want to get rid of the Opera ad banner, it's not profit, but hey...
You know, I've found that SUSE sucked ass... I had a laptop with SuSE 8.2, and half the stuff INCLUDED WITH SuSE didn't work right (YaST printing, some programs on the SuSE FTP server for my version), and many RPMs and source packages didn't run, needed some other packages that I already had, or (in the case of source packages) didn't compile because it said I didn't have something I needed, but I did... Mandrake 9.2 didn't give me that crap one bit on my old box (except for one nagging little problem - it would refuse to connect to a Samba server that had a username, but no password on that username).
BTW, both Norton AV Corporate and McAfee treat all of RJL's pranks as viruses (in a prank category), and some pranks that actually get classified as RAT trojans (well, they ARE remote access...)
It works totally differently on NT/2000/XP/2003. Fire up a command line, and type "net send ", then the computer or user name you wish to send to (and a space), then the message you wish to send. You do not need WinPopup running on the client if it is one of the OSes mentioned above, but Windows Messenger Service must be enabled (it is by default, but it is often disabled for security reasons).
Actually, my school's laptops came with legit XP Pro SP1, without a box (only a manual, a CD, and a piece of cardboard shrinkwrapped together), and my grandmother's HP didn't even come with a CD for the OS.
1 - Macs are part of a good number of the shows. 2 - They do have some decent looking chicks in many of the shows... 3 - Look closely - note that there are a LOT of penguins on set on The Screen Savers... 4 - Sorry... 5 - I know they've got a show for that, I just forgot what it is... Hot Gear, maybe? 6 - Sorry, no bathing suits, and no plural. 7 - Well, I guess they're trying a bit with the Date Laura Swisher contest, but the (with hot chicks only) part isn't exactly satisfied...
I don't even have cable, and I've seen TechTV a lot (by watching other people's DirectTV).
It's pretty good. The Screen Savers is a general technology talk show, and Yoshi makes a bunch of sweet cases (especially Mini-ITX). Call for Help is a good guide if you use something other than Windows and you get bombarded by requests to fix computers because "you're smart with computers". X-Play is a decent game review show. Robot Wars can be very fun (robot carnage is awesome - just watch an episode or two). Future Fighting Machines is good if you're a military nut. They've got all sorts of shows on the making of or the meaning of movies and shows - they recently had a big one on LOTR to coincide with the release of ROTK. They also have some other good shows, but most (including Robot Wars and FFM) are simply rebroadcasts of BBC shows.
The origins of what is now Tucows Inc, began in Flint, Michigan in 1993. At that time, while working for local libraries, Scott Swedorski noticed the public's increasing interest in the world wide Web and used his personal website to offer downloadable software. He dubbed this service TUCOWS -- an acronym for The Ultimate Collection of Winsock Software -- which quickly gained worldwide recognition as the first site to offer software on a "freeware" or "shareware" basis.
BTW, that only applies to non-64-bit Athlons/Durons. Yes, Intel is hotter than AMD. No, Intel processors don't hit 370 C when their heatsinks are removed, as the Pentium III shuts down, and the Pentium 4 slows down. The Athlon MP/XP had thermal overload protection in their spec, but some boards don't include it.
Nope, it's the "AMD FX-51 3400+". Actually, if AMD used PRs on the FX-51, it would probably be 3400+, seeing as the only difference between the FX-51 and the A64 3400+ is that the FX supports dual-channel, but requires ECC. Performance isn't that much different, even...
Still, it's obvious that Michael's Computers is BSing...
He doesn't need a business license in Marina Del Rey. He's operating in other locations, however, where he DOES need a business license.
Not that I trust THG that much, and I could see a very obvious slant, as if they had already decided that he was a con man before even investigating, but Michael's claims ARE very off...
Actually, I thought sure there was a $1000 bill, but it's harder to find than a $2 bill (I've seen exactly one $2 bill, but I know someone who has one).

Keyboards, grasshopper, keyboards. Switch the keyboards between your box and a neighbor's box, and start typing ;-)

Except it's slightly limited shareware...

You'll have to create a text file with a list of everything you want to send to, though.

Hmm... the new interface seems to have a bit of a bug... If you click Froogle, then hit Back, and search, it is still in Froogle mode.
However, the dirhp link is not what Google links to from the closest link on their home page.
Go to Google, click more >>, then click Directory. It sends you to directory.google.com, which does have the tabs.

1994 would have been about 810MB, IIRC. My LAPTOP from November 1995 has an 810MB hard drive, and it's a 9.5mm 2.5" HDD.

It's not 1337sp33k. "h-t-t-p colon slash slash corrosion dot org" is how you would say it, BTW.
Of course, you're going to lose all your fancy wipes and fades, but to those I say "good riddance!"
c) Save PowerPoint presentation to HTML using PowerPoint itself using the default mode, instead of the compatible mode, and use IE to view it.
Hell, my dad's A660 (think VGA-1000 minus the camera), a $30 phone, even does that...
Tap the left arrow, say "Digit Dial", say the number.

Better yet, since download.com isn't that great for FREEWARE (Free or free), why not SF.net, searching for Windows apps?
TOP is now on the K8 chips, in the "cut power to the chip immediately" form.
Nice FX-51 reviews, but we want FX-53 reviews.

Note that "Extreme Gaming Edition" was what this person called the P4 EE. He was going to be gaming on it, most likely.

I hit Submit a bit early. I meant data that was created by a "trusted" app.
