You just need to be quiet. Seriously. You started off shoving your foot in your mouth, it's now halfway down your throat. Call it a day and give up before your foot goes any further.
Lelend Yee has made a name for himself of illogically hating anything even vaguely related to guns, no matter how obscure the connection. My assumption has been someone scared him with a gun when he was five.
So you're saying arm a group of people, with half the people being unwilling to use the arm they've been given. Yes, you're right, that group would do much worse.
I'm assuming anyone giving Grandma a gun would also want Grandma to train how to use it. It's not just hand out and hope.
Because it stops this: 1) City uses needed funds to buyback crappy old weapons. 2) Criminals, who would have armed themselves with crappy old weapons, instead obtain/steal newer weapons 3) Gun manufacturers are subsidized by cities who should be spending their money better.
Plus, it's a waste. Some actual antique items of historical value get destroyed by zealots.
If you've never tried it, you should. I did some language teaching overseas in public schools. It's exhausting. There's a lot of prep before and after, and for the classes, it really is like you're performing. If you want to do a good job, your mental attitude has to be always on and positive
I would imagine, as the glorification of this type of culture increases, you'll see it bleed over into other races, and we'll recognize it for what it is: not a race problem, but a cultural problem.
These labels always change. Someone comes up with one, the opposite side slanders it ( justified or not), it gains a negative connotation, and the label becomes a club for the intellectually lazy.
Yes, but... Suppose half the population is below average intelligence, or around there. And all new jobs in the new economy require high intelligence or creativity. Not everyone fulfills these needs. What do you do when half the population cannot work? Because, judging from history, if you simply bash them down they will destroy the system. You NEED to find some worthwhile things for them to do. It is a necessity.
Nope. What this will do is give those who stridently despise firearms a way to force you to spend an additional $1K on them, by pointing at the tech and saying "but it works!". California's already trying to push this nonsense as a ballot measure. And this STILL won't keep the "rednecks" from letting their kids die in futile ways. It just won't be with firearms.
This is not funny, it's dangerous and/or cruel. But you miss why: You really shouldn't screw with trust, especially concerning an issue parents are justifiably concerned about, like addiction. Or make fun of a parent who actually gives a shit about their kid. I had lots of friends growing up whose parents wouldn't have cared. But they were shitty parents, and their kids are now shitty adults. BTW: Have you ever actually known an addict ( and I mean a true addict, not somebody who occasionally takes drugs) who DIDN'T try to use the whole "oh, you don't trust me!" line?
So what you're saying is, look at the root cause for various issues, and not the symptoms.

Actually, this will murder sports channels. They're being subsidized by the packages:

Wouldn't the answer be to make it easier to obtain IDs, make them free, etc?
Don't give apple any ideas.
Or there will soon be a sleek, rounded pistol retailing for 10K.
FYI: That was North Hollywood, I think.

Ah, you're just upset because you're super archaic, unlike us normal archaics.
He was talking about carpets, obviously. They do well in family settings.
Bad parenting, totaly.
Child abuse? Nah.
I have to say, that's really funny, and also a bit true.
Where do you get politics from this? Just because he mentions a government agency? That's silly.
I dunno, sounds kinda cool and interesting to me.
Please no, do NOT make my car dependent of streaming music from "The Cloud".
Birthright technology? That's a bit much...
Do you use them for hammers?

So did the founder of planned parenthood.
