Google helpfully archived those for you. There is stuff I posted back in the 90's on usenet that I thought would be long gone, that google can still find.
I only used the PC, as I only have a work supplied blackberry, and I decided not to buy anything. I suppose I need to order a couple of gifts this week though.
Exactly. It's not like this guy is doing God's work. It was a class assignment that happened to take off. Sell the damn thing to facebook, let them destroy it, and use the money anyway you want. Blackjack and hookers or starving Ethiopians, what ever.
After checking in IE, it is borked as well. I am guessing a bit of tracking code, etc, is being blocked by the ironport here at work. No issue with the old page though.
I got the link in an email, went to it, and the site is broken for me. It did the same thing when they did the alpha as well. I sent them a screen shot.
Just went from P-Tel (used to be Sprint CDMA now is T-Mobile GSM) to Ecomobile (Sprint). T-Mobile has virtually no coverage on their own equipment in my state, so I had to find another MVNO. Thought of trying a Verizon or AT&T MVNO, but I know that Verizon's coverage at my house is crap. Ecomobile's rates are pretty much the same as P-Tel's though. Talk 5/min, Text 2/text, Data 10/mb, MMS 10/mms. Works great for someone that uses the phone as a phone, and not as an internet terminal.
I ended up uninstalling Xbox music because it would stop playing while I was playing my own mp3 files. I can understand that if I were streaming, but I wasn't.
Yep, this the only thing I use Google Voice for. I usually get the gist of the message. But not with this one.." Hey Jess is out a lease it down in in the mammals on the whole lot aquatic early so I'm putting the 8 grandchildren that synchronization park. So, just curious. Thanks. "
That doesn't work they way you think it works. They have tons more information on you they don't show. Just because you have search history off doesn't mean they don't have it. It only means they don't show it to you.
Concerning WebOS. My wife tried android on her HP touchpad and promptly went back to WebOS. She probably uses the touchpad more than her desktop.
Yeah.. I was looking for a digital version of some ancient vinyl I have. It's pretty obscure and never released on CD. I found half the tracks from album on youtube.
The real lock in is a G+ account. I am guessing they hope people will sign up for G+ so they can chat. I am guessing that most that are not on G+ won't bother.

No problems with warranty service on our Toshiba CT scanners.

FYI, they ask that shortly after the 'what's your name' type questions.
"Who is your daddy and what does he do?"
And if they don't use those social connectivity tools, what do you do?

I agree. I don't know what the story is as they have been doing this with old fighters for decades.

RoadSkill or RoadsKill? PetSmart or PetsMart? ExpertSexchange or ExpertsExchange?
Wired is still around? Really, not being snotty, I thought they were long gone.
Most of the sysadmins that I work with don't use twitter and/or facebook.

Yep, confirmed, javascript.enabled;true is still there. Also, noscript works fine on 23.

First thing I thought of when I read the summary.
I drive a 300hp car, and keep the cruise control right around the speed limit. That way I average 21 mpg on my daily commute.
What have the Romans ever done for us?

I think they will have a hell of a time domain-blocking YouTube. It's trivial to grab all kinds of stuff there.
I already did the hack to the wikireader a few years ago.
