How long until the so called scientist, who are socialist/communist/anticapitalist going to wake up to the fact
that there is no such thing as man made "climate change" (they had to change the name since the warming wasn't happening).
The earth is hundreds of thousands, if not millions of years old, and they take data for a few decades and call it a trend.
I remember as a high school student in the mid 70's, these same so called scientist were ringing alarm bells of a new ice age
coming. Living in the midwest, it was kind of hard to argue with them. -20(F) for days at a time, record amounts of snow that
lasted for months. All of this, at a time when smokestacks belched out crap that would choke a goose. Tail pipes routinely
spit out soot. Now after 40 years of emission controls and the ever present hand of the EPA into every aspect of life, including
how much water your toilet uses, the alarm bells of (man made) global warming are continuing. It's like the alarmist won't be happy
until we are all freezing to death in caves again. The problem with a lot of scientist, is they are non believers in god, and if you rule
out god as who controls the skies, then you have have the "evils of man" that will destroy the planet. Well, man couldn't destroy the
planet if he tried.
Because, in our rapidly changing socialist world, the needs of the many, outweigh the needs of the one.
Personal privacy, freedom, private property...gone because the "collective" run by a central authoritarian
control, will run everything.
Well, at least all the starbuck leeches will have another reason to sit in starbucks all day long. Free wi-fi.
Never been in one, but friends say that they sometimes see the same people with their laptops & phones just sitting there all day long
leeching off their wifi. Typical...to cheap to pay for it themselves, so they just leech off someone else.
Thought the same thing...LOL, heck, I know some people who have a dslr, but never take it off the green dot "auto" setting.
99% of the time, I use manual for everything. It's "how I was raised" back in the 70's and 80's film days.

You know how drug dealers got people hooked on some drugs? FREE samples, or greatly reduced prices. Then, when they are hooked, you jack up
the price, because they are now a hostage to the drug.
Same thing with "free" file storage, or even pay for file storage. Eventually, they will either start charging, or, will raise the price.
What are you going to do? You will have to pay up. Well, you can download your data? LOL....say you have a few hundred gigs of
files stored. I'm sure your ISP would love to have you download a few gigs of files, charging you an overage.
My data, I'll keep it thank you very much.

Personally, I think all this obsession with germs is going to do us more
harm than good. We live in a country (USA) where at the first sign of
a sniffle, we run to a doctor for "a pill" to cure us. We eat preprocessed
food, and obsess on using alcohol based or anti-bacteria soaps to clean
us.
"Getting sick" is our bodies way of dealing with it, and will cause antibodies
to ward off the invaders in our system, to protect us against another attack.
Eating food right out of the ground, before who knows what is done to it
when it is processed, gives us the minerals & vitamins to heal us when we
do get sick.
One of these days, this anti-germ phobia is literally going to bite us in the
ass.
But this is f'd up big time. Credit card companies are just trying to rake one over everyone, to recoup from the hammer that
was dropped on them the last time they tried to screw the consumer.
Keep it up, and more people are just going to say screw it, cash it all out, and keep it in their house in a box and use their
own home as a "bank".
a start button, but a start "switch". Clicking it switches you from the metro screen, to the traditional "desktop", but, it will not give you the start menu with access to all your old "stuff" aka the win95 ~ Win 7 start menu.

Either place electronic blocking devices in the theater, faraday cages, or a 0% tolerance if caught with one after the lights go
dim in the place. I was going to suggest that they take the device from you, smash it on the floor and give it back, but, that
would be destruction of private property.
Place a notice ON THE BACK OF THE TICKET, saying that this theater installed cell phone blocking devices which render the
device useless, so keep it off or get kicked out without a refund.
Other than the high price of tickets, this is another reason why I only go to the movies about 2-3 times a year. Otherwise, I wait
for netflix or redbox.
I don't carry dvd/cd's any more in my bag, but I do carry this one.
Contains pretty much all of my utilities to get a broken computer back up, or at least to where
you can get some of the important data off the drive.
