yes, but then you will have bike shops complaining you are putting them out of business, they will have to get government assistance, and the net result will be greater cost to society then if we just let people buy their own bikes.
thats because there's no fucking money in stealing a book from the library. a car is another whole matter. although i do think it's possible to get right, using a combination of gps tracking and swipe cards that you have to apply for. basicly have people tag on and tag off, and when they tag on/off have a couple of camera's take a photo of the interior. an automated scanning tool would process the images and weed out the obviously non damaged cars and let human assesor's decide if they need to take action against anyone returning a car that was previously undamaged.
"Currently the market does not integrate the cost of emitting carbon in the atmosphere."
Thats where your problems start right there.
the IS NO COST to emitting carbon that anyone can quantify as yet, so your building this whole retarded carbon trading scheme on NOTHING but speculation, and you know what happens to markets which over speculate?
So, in 50 years when the earth HASN'T turned into a bad hollywood movie and everyone wakes up to the fact global warming is a scam, get we get a refund on these bogus credits?
this whole carbon trading thing reeks of profiteering to me.
if it was open source, the car would first ask you to load kld_brake_for_kids. After struggling with that for a few days you'd get on the road only to find you crash into a tree because the cars hardware isn't compatible, and some guy on/. would tell you it's ok because you have the source and can write your own do not crash into tree's module.
when you were a child i bet you attempted to jam the square block into the round hole on your playset.
even if these caps only hold a charge for 1 hour, they will recharge in a few seconds and will be 5 time lighter then batteries. are you really so dense as to be unable to see applications for a lighter faster charging power source?
your position that walmart doesn't know how to run a business is one of the most untenable i've seen in a long time.
unless you have your own multibillion dollar empire i would suggest you don't know what your talking about.
as far as i was aware these are the facts on walmart:
1.they pay above minimum wage - sure it's not huge but what do you expect to be paid for stacking boxes?
2.they provide subsidised health care for all their workers - in fact they insure more workers in the USA then any other single company. yes their cover isn't cheap, but that's a bigger problem then just walmart...
I propose that the problem isn't with walmart at all, but with a generation who are spoilt and over endulged and believe they deserve to make the big money right away, that a walmart job is somehow not good enough for them.
sorry but in this forum you never know when someone is being serious or not. I've run into goons that think GM makes the best cars in the world before.....
so they buy the wrong thing and have to exchange it - what's your point? It's not named as anything like the wii at all, there's no deception going on. Also, do we have any proof that the speaker is fake, i'm certainly not relying on some random blogger to get his facts right.
blah blah yet more sensless walmart hate, from people who like to think they are "better" then anyone who shops or works at walmart.
this thing is NOT a wii knock off, that's just a lie pure and simple because what you see in the picture is the whole product. it's just a hand held game that resembles the wii mote a bit - there isn't actually any gaming console with it.
no one is going to think this thing is an actual wii.
i'm sure this guy pissed his pants in excitement thinking he has caught walmart in some big bad act of public deception, but lets be honest - this is like claiming my home theater remote is a wii knock off just because it's white and kind of shaped like the wii mote.
No she isn't a victim. she commited a crime and got done for it. wether the punishment fits the crime or not is another matter, but i'm sick of this stupid bullshit spin you people feel you have to put on EVERYTHING concerning *AA. it makes you as bad as they are with their stupid ass "you wouldn't steal a movie" ads.
if the *AA really are SO bad you don't need to make such stupid claims all the time, do you?
I know i can't believe they didn't have the racks locked. that's just standard in all datacenters i've used. that alone combined with a simple panic button would have stopped this.
i don't know about you, but after the 3rd robbery i'd be pretty on edge. the moment you heard chainsaws coming for you, you'd be on the phone to the cops then running for your life.
"after cutting into the reinforced walls with a power saw"
reinforced? wtf were they reinforced with, toilet paper?
sounds like they are conducting business from a fibro and plaster board shack. you'd think they would aleast consider their staff's saftey after the first 3 attacks, i smell asshole managment who aren't willing to spend the cash.

if anything, more air travel means less need for large highways which means less clearing, which is far better for our environment.
this whole carbon trading thing reeks of profiteering to me.
there aren't many senior managment who work 9-5. contry to popular belief, we work long hours for our money.
how about one of you google monopoly troll tards explain how your locked into google, or shut up?

RHEL is about support and custom code fixes, not about selling a boxed software product
as i was saying in response to whineymacbitch - WoW under wine isn't going to work because of directx.
You managed to get the rest right though - linux is just not profitable for them.
it's insane to expect blizzard to start supporting it's game on such an unpolished platform.
Also, MS provide very good tools for migrating your applications from XP to Vista. Can you say the same about Wine?
I have no doubt blizzard have looked at the numbers and found supporting a linux version to be unprofitable.

I think in your ignorance you are confusing korean KIA's with japanese made toyota's.
it's a fine PER INFRINGMENT, not per song.
if the *AA really are SO bad you don't need to make such stupid claims all the time, do you?
and by "forgot" they mean on purpose. no one just forgets a power bill, you get like 3 - 4 nasty letters and a phone call before they cut you off.
I know i can't believe they didn't have the racks locked. that's just standard in all datacenters i've used. that alone combined with a simple panic button would have stopped this.
i don't know about you, but after the 3rd robbery i'd be pretty on edge. the moment you heard chainsaws coming for you, you'd be on the phone to the cops then running for your life.
next please.
To be fair, I could probably rob 10 businesses in this manner before the cops showed. they are never around when you need them.
reinforced? wtf were they reinforced with, toilet paper?
