it's always funny when someone suggests there needs to be a population decrease, if you ask them to off themselfs to start thing off. it exposes them for the selfish bullshitter that they are.
" And warehouses are easy to automate. Hema (dutch retailer) has opened one of the most advanced warehouses in the world recently, yet fewer people working and the work there requires no skill"
what a classic fail. so who do you think designed and programmed the automated warehouse system? santa claus?! all your showing here is that low grade low pay jobs were replaced by highly paid engineering positions to create warehousing systems. then you have people who service the systems.
it's not the loss of manual labor jobs that will bring down the economy, it's the failure to invest in education. pull out of iraq and make it free for anyone to get any degree they want.
fail. carbon nanotubes and printable circuit boards have atleast been produced in a lab. they aren't far fetched at all, and they aren't constantly claiming they will "save the world".
what nonsense. of course you have to pay off the money they loaned you (yeah what assholes...). credit cards are a triumph of freedom and consumer choice - there's 100's of offers out there from super low rates to high rates with interest FREE periods and everything in between. you can cancel anytime by just paying them back the money you owe, it doesn't get any fairer. if they put their rates up you get notification, and your free to just chop up the card and pay back the money before the new terms start.
I've had a CC for about 10 years now and i think i've only ever paid $50 in interest and about $1000 in annual fees, and considering a CC is an unsecured loan i think that's amazingly cheap.
I think ISP's SHOULD deal with infringement notices, but they should also not have to do it for free. a fair administration charge would be applied to each request, say $1000. after all the isp will effectively loose a customer as well as wear support and legal costs out of it. oh whats that, that lunch wasn't free?!?! boohoo.
for a start, you are the one accusing the gp of bullshit, i'm simply calling you on it. and your statement is not mild in the slightest, it made broad sweeping claims about nuclear power that's totally untrue, then proceeded to tell us we all know nothing. stop posting if you can't keep track of your own posts.
I provided links to prove all my points except for the blindingly obvious one that nuclear power produces a huge amount of energy. why don't you try reading the numerous links i gave you, and you might learn something.
your off track son. the process will discharge MORE salt water, hence increasing the salt content of the river and probably killing off all life for miles down stream. your incredibly naive if you think this has no impact.
ouput: do i even need to provide a reference on this one? nuclear power runs whole nations such as france.
it would seem good sir, that you are the one spreading bullshit. I call you out on your anti nuke nonsense, you know nothing about the subject past what greenpeace has shoved down your throat.
why would they bother? all they have to do is make legal threats and demand payment or they will haul you into court which will be even more expensive for you.
people on here think they have somehow been winning this fight to control media, when they have been kidding themselfs. the fight hasn't even STARTED yet...
so what your arguement is that due to the l33tne$$ of C/C++ no one could write a crappy application? bullshit. you only need to attend uni and look at first year programming assignments to see that's completely untrue. All i'm hearing from you is whinging about all the work your getting cleaning up crappy programmers work, dude you should be THANKING the crap programmers of the world, as they shall keep you in work for the rest of your life.
there is nothing stopping you writing brillant apps in VB or PHP. dumming down a language also makes it harder to make mistakes in the first place, producing BETTER quality apps. your logic is seriously flawed.
there is no difference between subconsiously counting the beats and consiously doing it - it's still counting the beats. your confusing counting with mroe complex MATHS, which as far as we know ants can't do.
it's fine as long as you don't let bacteria breed. that means clean working conditions, cold rooms, time limits on how long the sushi can sit out there.
i'd lay money most cases of illness come from greedy managers putting yesterdays sushi out today, NOT from the fish farms.
the internet is what carries the signals, without said electrical pulses there is no "here" it's not transmitted magically. they aren't trying to measure the weight of the word "here" that's fucking retarded, they are trying to measure the mass of what provides the ability for you post such inane crap. sure it's a stupid pointless task, but then so was your logic failing post.
actually your wrong wrong WRONG. even if you only count the electrons and photons that make up the signals, they all have mass and hence the internet weighs something.
i know, if there is one thing i wish the OSS community would make a decent competitor to, it's flash. silverlight looks promising, but this kills it for me outside of work.
because your more technical support staff can field the questions from low tech users without retraining, but the radical change to OSS requires EVERYONE be retained, usually by consultants who charge a fortune.
yes because free software doesn't mean the whole project is free. you have to pay people to roll out the software, train teachers, manage the people doing the roll out and then the support staff after. then there is the hardware and the networking that needs constant maintenance.
your little busted arse network at home is not indicative of how a nation wide system roll out occurs ok?

what makes you think it won't be the other way around, that our environment will be hosile to the martian bacteria?
fail. carbon nanotubes and printable circuit boards have atleast been produced in a lab. they aren't far fetched at all, and they aren't constantly claiming they will "save the world".
i wish other industries could make such wild claims and have everyone believe them.

expense: nuclear power costs very little. CHECK. http://www.world-nuclear.org/info/inf02.html
operating life: nuclear power stations have a long life span, plants built in the 60's are still going. CHECK. http://www.world-nuclear.org/info/inf08.html

sounds like a retailer screw up
maybe there is something awesome about this i'm not getting? it's commodity hardware thats been tweaked a bit, nothing that should take "years"

obviously google doesn't need to, they have morons like you doing it for free.
you want to imprison people filing a patent which has prior art? fuck you in the neck.
do you really think such a backdoor could be implemented on this scale and not be detected?
