Also, I'm not sure what you read as "higher crime rate". Everyone within view of my house owns at least a gun or ten and hunts, camps, etc. Not sure about the unemployment, or the crime rate, I have YET to be robbed and been here for years. Unlike in the city, I don't even chain my bike anymore. I don't see vehicles being vandalized, homes burglarized, I don't hear about murders every week, or rapes, or muggings, or gang shootouts, I don't even have to worry about being searched at the movie theater by "under cover cops" looking for contraband. Sheriff shows up on friday, and for the most part, he just talks to people who talk to him, and otherwise sits in a corner. I found out later he was hired to sit in by the movie theater on his way home to keep the high schoolers from getting too rowdy. Private transaction. I can accept that. As far as I care, the one time that the kids got rude in a movie, we had them removed by having a member of our group head to management with me, where he could act as a witness to my complaint.
We received free tickets each to come in any time. It was apologized for our time being abused, and the kids acting up were asked to leave, which they did. Strange, given that half of those "kids" own guns or live in households where they are readily available, yet nobody got shot, there was no violence, no school shootings occurred... they were rowdy, they knew it, they apologized, and left. You must've read the wrong gun control advertisement. I advise actually witnessing something before giving it credibility.
Those crown vics have the "police package" which would cost you A LOT to put into the car. A lot more than a standard crown vic. And that's just the engine upgrade. How about the roll bars and the rest. I had a race car I worked on for a friend. Roll bars weren't cheap, and neither was the time it took us to put them in at the shop.
Also, why would I go after the building inspector? He's a tool. He is just like all the other tools. He does as he is told, because he doesn't have what it takes to ask 'what purpose does this accomplish besides forcing some who know more than I to actually go through the hoops that those who know less have to jump through?" For the record, every construction job I've done or been part of, has far surpassed local code requirements. Had one call back for repairs in my whole work life. What was it based on? Lightning strike. If there is one thing I dislike dealing with more than bureaucrats from the "public" sector, its bureaucrats from the private sector. They're all scum. At least the private sector guys are understandable, they're in it for themselves, and make no secret of it.
The public sector guys say they're in it for "the people" or "society". Strange but I recall supposedly being a member of "the people" but I don't recall their roadblocks and bullshit ever helping me. Guess its the same way the Communist party was "the people's party" in the soviet block. Not sure how they "helped" anyone either. Since obviously so many loved it that most of the border guns were pointed INWARD, not outward. They weren't trying to stop people SNEAKING INTO the soviet satellites, they were trying to stop them from leaving. Wonder why? Same reason. The upside is that where I live, it isn't an incorporated / zoned city. So I can build whatever the hell I please on my property. There are perks to living in the sticks. Only thing I miss about the city is the mall and videogame shop... but since most games are now downloadable clients anyways, I lose less and less by being away from those paragons of social virtue.

I was bored through 12 years of submission training, better known to you as "school", because I had enough home schooling to find all but my schedule fillers to be "boring". Strange that classes seen as schedule fillers were actually full of interesting content, lovely little bits like Earth Science, where our teacher was inventive enough to take us spelunking on a field trip, stuff not normally done in school. I almost got suspended when I asked the algebra teach to either "get on with it, or move me to a class where I could learn something". Strange thing is, at my "expulsion hearing" most of my "unusual" schedule fillers defended me vehemently as someone who took interest. Why? I wonder.

And have the "efficient" donut eaters show up too late (almost purposefully too late) to stop or even "spot" the bad guys? Have you ever had a relative get hurt in a big government area? And have you watched the mext year, taxes increase in both areas and campaigns for "more police needed" arrive. None of those retards wonders... how is a fatass, smug, authoritarian thug on a power drive with 10000 USD of gear and a 50000 USD car getting less than 8 miles per gallon, and a 50000 USD salary going to keep me safer than my 700 USD Glock sitting on my night table or in a comfy holster I'm familiar and practiced with? Fat police thug is 20 minutes to 9 hours away, Glock is 1.5 seconds away. I know which I prefer. You've obviously made your preference known.
And no, I don't think society "will fail"... society, coercive governmentally controlled society has been a failure since its inception. Anything that requires massive police presence to keep going is obviously a failure, unless you view it from the police force's view. By the same token, one should wonder, why would the colonials have to drag runaways back from the indian tribes. Why did those runaways RUN to the indian tribes if coercive "society" was so good? History is rife with examples of people fleeing government of all shapes and sizes, and few of those people were "evil" thief/rapist/murderer scum. If it is so good, and so effective at keeping happy free people as happy free people, why does it require 12 years of authority worship indoctrination to get kids to bow down and knuckle under to authority? Think about it, religion, public schooling, you name it, they all push authority and "expert" worship. Why? Why not question everyone and be able to fend for yourself?

Let me give you an example. A relative of mine living in fairly large "safe" town, big government area, gets jumped, nearly raped, escapes that fate, but is beaten toothless. She's (was) a pretty lady, but like most in those big government areas, she minds everyone's business but her own. She's only alert for shit she can gossip, and people she can bitch at, and while I love her, I figured her lack of attention and her unwillingness to be alert is what cost her quite a few healthy teeth. She's far more alert now (I could still take her by surprise if I wanted to ambush her, but she's made great progress) however, my question is, why does the government have to prove its ineptitude before people realize that the SINGLE AND ONLY deciding factor in one's safety, at any time, and any place is one's own awareness and one's willingness and ability to act upon that awareness... all other things may fail randomly, but an alert, aware individual can recognize and respond to situations FAR more easily than one still waiting for help to arrive.
As for my own observation... people who get ambushed and then kidnapped, are generally those who are not paying attention. If someone points a gun at your head, chances are VERY GOOD that you had a long time to see them coming... unless they broke into your home while you were sleeping. Police/SWAT are more likely to do this on a trump charge or a wrong address "no knock" raid, here in the USA than bad guys looking to ransom you. I have acquaintances who have shot, and killed assailants, very well "self trained" acquaintances, who then spent a few days clearing their names, with proper documented evidence. When asked 'would you rather have depended on police and not fought back', their answer is to walk away after saying something like this... "why, would it make a better news story for you, if you could report a brutal murder of a defenseless victim?"
I don't bash anyone wanting to be chipped, but being more trackable does not make you "safe". Being more trackable means worse people than common criminals can now "find you" at their leisure.

Actually you are making the mistake of confusing capitalism or the "free market" with the USA or the western world. Today, the whole world minus a few small banking city states, are socialist states or outright centrally controlled dictatorships (whatever they may title their form of government is irrelevant, central control is central control.) The united states is awash in socialistic controls. Freedom, what little there was, was won in battle and lost 10 years later when the Articles of Confederation were tossed aside in favor of the central government implemented by the Constitution. As a result, we had the imperial conquest of the south by "Emperor" Abe in the 1860's. The hatred was directed against blacks as was properly engineered by the planners of the northern aggression in that conflict. (Generally you remove your bases from someone's land if they refuse to let you stay there, not keep them there until they get fed up and shoot at them, so drop the Fort Sumter northern apologist stuff. Fort Sumter was left occupied by northern troops and materiel in direct provocation for southern attack against it.) In the end, the last 150 years or so have been leash tightening by the central governmental viewpoint that conquered America in 1791 and solidified its grip in the 1860's just as it conquered Europe and Asia at various times in history. If there is any actual freedom to be had from government, Africa may become the world's last hope. Any progress made there in the freedom arena will not be televised, of that you can be sure. Any real change in the status quo will not be publicized by those who benefit from the status quo's existence.
The reason I went into that rant is because I am SICK of people calling America or the West a "free market" and bashing the free market. I haven't seen a truly free market except the small town economies and underground economies that sprout up here or there before the government takes note and taxes, legislates and licenses the energy out of them. Most recent "free market" was the internet. Notice how government quickly moved in to try to regulate and tax it? Yeah, THAT was an example of a free market. And it pulverized the licensed and regulated and taxed shops, didn't it? The move government moves to crush it, the more it will squeeze the vigor out of said market.
Please, stop confusing "free market" with "pretense at free market and lip service". They're different things. A free market will never exist where government regulators try to protect the stupid from themselves.
How everyone's worried about their kids being kidnapped, yet I was born in a country where human slavery (and the kidnappings that resulted in said human trade) was alive and well. Interestingly, I never got kidnapped and neither did any of my siblings, or cousins, or whatever else. Most of their deaths, of those few that died, were due to political executions by the government or "army service"... which was the same thing. Undesirables with undesirable views were always assigned to the unit that got the least training, shittiest gear, and front line service.
So my comment stands. I have valid experience with not being kidnapped in a country rampant with kidnappings and both organ and flesh trade. If you were born, and live in the USA or a "western" country. You do not have such experience. You've lived your whole life in a nice safe haven. It was made so not by government. It is also made by people learning NOT to get into a car with or taking candy from strangers. This is increasingly so with so called rich people. Its you city slickers that need protection by others. Out here, you provide your own, or you don't go home. Most of the folks I met here, whether sticks living for life, or "reformed city slickers", few seem to need someone to "make them safe". We got 3 sheriff deputies, which are still 3 too many, but at least they're nice enough to not interfere with people's lives. Strangely, we don't need SWAT or hostage rescue. Why? You and I seem to agree on these topics. Only one problem. At one time there were lots of places to "flee" to when the region got too domesticated and the people got plain stupid. I keep enjoying the fact that some quote the bible to me on this issue... you didn't, and that's good... but they often quote "and the weak shall inherit the earth"... anyone notice it says "the meek" and not "the weak" in the actual texts (English ones)? There is a difference. Meek means more to the tune of, you can be strong as hell, you just don't go and kick the neighbor's door in for no reason at all except that you can. The weak inheriting the earth makes sense... because that's where the weak majority always get buried in mass graves when the strong minority and their willing enforcers get done with them. However the meek inheriting the earth is a simple logic. The not so meek will fight each other and kill each other off while they also massacre the weak as they always do. The strong and wise who are meek will step back and let the fools kill each other and only retaliate against those who draw close and start a fight... otherwise they stay clear. in the end, after all the idiots have slaughtered each other, the meek are left to enjoy the remains... if a smouldering ruin is "enjoyable" of course.
Actually I've got some ancestral jewish friends who can't stand that religion... call it hatred of the mindset that gave them Tay Sachs, call it hatred of the mindset that spawned Marxism and pushed it to the foreground, call it what the dogmatist jews call it (they call it "self haters") but in the end it comes down that some of the newer generation aren't buying this "us versus the goyim" crap. I keep saying, if the old weren't there to push their beliefs upon the young... the young would've repaired the world long ago. I frankly think school should've taught only the basics... basic math, basic language and basic hygiene... the rest should be self study. One can only wonder how the world might've changed instead of being forced to spend time in school until we can be safely included into the worker bee population, and then into the discarded retiree population... etc... no time to stop and think... and evaluate what is around.
Almost by design, there is never a break from the working ant's life. Those of us that take it, almost invariably find that the world is a place filled with awe inspiring things... in fact, the only thing I have found that I cannot change is others. And I've just about filled my list of people to keep as friends and acquaintances too.
Actually, agreement does not imply communication, nor does disagreement imply miscommunication. I may not agree with Friar Bob fucking the sheep, but when he tells me he enjoys it and I tell him I can't stand sheepfuckers, that doesn't mean we are not communicating, even if I won't let him on my property and he knows that. If he shows up, even though I'm sure he's a real "pillar" of the community, he's liable to get chased off by a rottweiler. Language is about communication as much as it is about an individual getting his ideas down for his own benefit or that of others (benefiting others is still self fulfillment because the individual that does it gains self fulfillment by doing what makes him perceive himself as a "good guy".)
Don't bring the bible or other control propaganda into this. I've read enough of this material in more than one language, you're really barking up the wrong tree on that one.
What I don't get, is why is "saving lives" so important... not every culture places the lives of the stupid or incompetent on such high merit as the socialists that have encroached the world and preach the value of every life, even those that are trying actively to kill themselves, either through wilful ignorance or other means. Language feeds nobody, otherwise the simplest language is the best. Lets start barking people. Wolves eat quite well... barks and howls only. Stop talking. Or perhaps dump that and start bugling, deer obviously live well, they breed like crazy and eat a lot... deer communication only! I still use a spreadsheet, because the terms used by the financial software is listed as 'self incriminating evidence' in the law books. I wonder why people have to declare "income" or "wages" as per the IRC... anyone wonder?

Yep, check some of my past posts. I actually do. I got to spend a dozen or so of my formative years in such a lovely "democracy" as it was. Very easy to spot this stuff growing here. Most Americans I talk to say "it'd never happen here, we'd vote them out of office long before that."
Hah... kinda how they voted Lincoln out of office for violating his oath (regardless his views on slavery or the independence of the southern states, he violated an oath he took that had his life as remedy for violation, execution was the price of treason to that oath)... or how they voted Wilson out for taking them into the war despite having gotten elected solely on his promise to "keep us out of the war" ?
My folks came here with me and built a business from scratch, amidst "go back where you came from" idiocies and "they came to take jobs away from Americans" stupidity. Hell we all built businesses as time went on and GAVE jobs to Americans. Many of whom were proven to not deserve them. Some of whom even cost us in the price of citations for their own negligence or laziness. Finding good people was very hard. Eventually we all retired... and I can tell you it wasn't soon enough, IMHO.
Some of the stupidest people I've ever met were here. Provide them with a good job and high pay, and they make fun of your origins or slack off when you're not around. None of them think... "hey, if this foreigner goes out of business, my 17 bucks an hour are out and I go back to the regular payscale of 15 tops! and no chance at a raise!"
So yes, I reserve the right to be quite pissed looking at Americans, as some of the most materially blessed people in history, and some of the stupidest fools to ever have lived. I view the immigrants the same way. All of them were given a nation like no other, codified protection for quite a few important rights. And what do they do? They bring that nanny state shit with them from abroad, and as if they couldn't get it, raise it on a pedestal as if it was not the same damn thing they had fled from just a few years before. Mine were different, but only because they built businesses and learned that government was nobody's friend. Not even the handout seekers. It won't be too long now... one good economical crash, and one loud cry for help from the stupid ones... and down the drain it all goes... clampdown and all. Man it'll be worth watching the stupid finally get theirs, just like I'm sure the Titanic was worth watching sink.

Also, I'm not sure what you read as "higher crime rate". Everyone within view of my house owns at least a gun or ten and hunts, camps, etc. Not sure about the unemployment, or the crime rate, I have YET to be robbed and been here for years. Unlike in the city, I don't even chain my bike anymore. I don't see vehicles being vandalized, homes burglarized, I don't hear about murders every week, or rapes, or muggings, or gang shootouts, I don't even have to worry about being searched at the movie theater by "under cover cops" looking for contraband. Sheriff shows up on friday, and for the most part, he just talks to people who talk to him, and otherwise sits in a corner. I found out later he was hired to sit in by the movie theater on his way home to keep the high schoolers from getting too rowdy. Private transaction. I can accept that. As far as I care, the one time that the kids got rude in a movie, we had them removed by having a member of our group head to management with me, where he could act as a witness to my complaint.
We received free tickets each to come in any time. It was apologized for our time being abused, and the kids acting up were asked to leave, which they did. Strange, given that half of those "kids" own guns or live in households where they are readily available, yet nobody got shot, there was no violence, no school shootings occurred... they were rowdy, they knew it, they apologized, and left. You must've read the wrong gun control advertisement. I advise actually witnessing something before giving it credibility.
Those crown vics have the "police package" which would cost you A LOT to put into the car. A lot more than a standard crown vic. And that's just the engine upgrade. How about the roll bars and the rest. I had a race car I worked on for a friend. Roll bars weren't cheap, and neither was the time it took us to put them in at the shop.
Also, why would I go after the building inspector? He's a tool. He is just like all the other tools. He does as he is told, because he doesn't have what it takes to ask 'what purpose does this accomplish besides forcing some who know more than I to actually go through the hoops that those who know less have to jump through?" For the record, every construction job I've done or been part of, has far surpassed local code requirements. Had one call back for repairs in my whole work life. What was it based on? Lightning strike. If there is one thing I dislike dealing with more than bureaucrats from the "public" sector, its bureaucrats from the private sector. They're all scum. At least the private sector guys are understandable, they're in it for themselves, and make no secret of it.
The public sector guys say they're in it for "the people" or "society". Strange but I recall supposedly being a member of "the people" but I don't recall their roadblocks and bullshit ever helping me. Since obviously so many loved it that most of the border guns were pointed INWARD, not outward. The upside is that where I live, it isn't an incorporated / zoned city. So I can build whatever the hell I please on my property. There are perks to living in the sticks. Only thing I miss about the city is the mall and videogame shop... but since most games are now downloadable clients anyways, I lose less and less by being away from those paragons of social virtue.

I was bored through 12 years of submission training, better known to you as "school", because I had enough home schooling to find all but my schedule fillers to be "boring". Strange that classes seen as schedule fillers were actually full of interesting content, lovely little bits like Earth Science, where our teacher was inventive enough to take us spelunking on a field trip, stuff not normally done in school. I almost got suspended when I asked the algebra teach to either "get on with it, or move me to a class where I could learn something". Strange thing is, at my "expulsion hearing" most of my "unusual" schedule fillers defended me vehemently as someone who took interest. Why? I wonder.

And have the "efficient" donut eaters show up too late (almost purposefully too late) to stop or even "spot" the bad guys? Have you ever had a relative get hurt in a big government area? And have you watched the mext year, taxes increase in both areas and campaigns for "more police needed" arrive. None of those retards wonders... how is a fatass, smug, authoritarian thug on a power drive with 10000 USD of gear and a 50000 USD car getting less than 8 miles per gallon, and a 50000 USD salary going to keep me safer than my 700 USD Glock sitting on my night table or in a comfy holster I'm familiar and practiced with? Fat police thug is 20 minutes to 9 hours away, Glock is 1.5 seconds away. I know which I prefer. You've obviously made your preference known.
And no, I don't think society "will fail"... society, coercive governmentally controlled society has been a failure since its inception. Anything that requires massive police presence to keep going is obviously a failure, unless you view it from the police force's view. By the same token, one should wonder, why would the colonials have to drag runaways back from the indian tribes. Why did those runaways RUN to the indian tribes if coercive "society" was so good? History is rife with examples of people fleeing government of all shapes and sizes, and few of those people were "evil" thief/rapist/murderer scum. If it is so good, and so effective at keeping happy free people as happy free people, why does it require 12 years of authority worship indoctrination to get kids to bow down and knuckle under to authority? Think about it, religion, public schooling, you name it, they all push authority and "expert" worship. Why? Why not question everyone and be able to fend for yourself?

Let me give you an example. A relative of mine living in fairly large "safe" town, big government area, gets jumped, nearly raped, escapes that fate, but is beaten toothless. She's (was) a pretty lady, but like most in those big government areas, she minds everyone's business but her own. She's only alert for shit she can gossip, and people she can bitch at, and while I love her, I figured her lack of attention and her unwillingness to be alert is what cost her quite a few healthy teeth. She's far more alert now (I could still take her by surprise if I wanted to ambush her, but she's made great progress) however, my question is, why does the government have to prove its ineptitude before people realize that the SINGLE AND ONLY deciding factor in one's safety, at any time, and any place is one's own awareness and one's willingness and ability to act upon that awareness... all other things may fail randomly, but an alert, aware individual can recognize and respond to situations FAR more easily than one still waiting for help to arrive.
As for my own observation... people who get ambushed and then kidnapped, are generally those who are not paying attention. If someone points a gun at your head, chances are VERY GOOD that you had a long time to see them coming... unless they broke into your home while you were sleeping. Police/SWAT are more likely to do this on a trump charge or a wrong address "no knock" raid, here in the USA than bad guys looking to ransom you. I have acquaintances who have shot, and killed assailants, very well "self trained" acquaintances, who then spent a few days clearing their names, with proper documented evidence. When asked 'would you rather have depended on police and not fought back', their answer is to walk away after saying something like this... "why, would it make a better news story for you, if you could report a brutal murder of a defenseless victim?"
I don't bash anyone wanting to be chipped, but being more trackable does not make you "safe". Being more trackable means worse people than common criminals can now "find you" at their leisure.

Actually you are making the mistake of confusing capitalism or the "free market" with the USA or the western world. Today, the whole world minus a few small banking city states, are socialist states or outright centrally controlled dictatorships (whatever they may title their form of government is irrelevant, central control is central control.) The united states is awash in socialistic controls. Freedom, what little there was, was won in battle and lost 10 years later when the Articles of Confederation were tossed aside in favor of the central government implemented by the Constitution. As a result, we had the imperial conquest of the south by "Emperor" Abe in the 1860's. The hatred was directed against blacks as was properly engineered by the planners of the northern aggression in that conflict. (Generally you remove your bases from someone's land if they refuse to let you stay there, not keep them there until they get fed up and shoot at them, so drop the Fort Sumter northern apologist stuff. Fort Sumter was left occupied by northern troops and materiel in direct provocation for southern attack against it.) In the end, the last 150 years or so have been leash tightening by the central governmental viewpoint that conquered America in 1791 and solidified its grip in the 1860's just as it conquered Europe and Asia at various times in history. If there is any actual freedom to be had from government, Africa may become the world's last hope. Any progress made there in the freedom arena will not be televised, of that you can be sure. Any real change in the status quo will not be publicized by those who benefit from the status quo's existence.
The reason I went into that rant is because I am SICK of people calling America or the West a "free market" and bashing the free market. I haven't seen a truly free market except the small town economies and underground economies that sprout up here or there before the government takes note and taxes, legislates and licenses the energy out of them. Most recent "free market" was the internet. Notice how government quickly moved in to try to regulate and tax it? Yeah, THAT was an example of a free market. And it pulverized the licensed and regulated and taxed shops, didn't it? The move government moves to crush it, the more it will squeeze the vigor out of said market.
Please, stop confusing "free market" with "pretense at free market and lip service". They're different things. A free market will never exist where government regulators try to protect the stupid from themselves.

How everyone's worried about their kids being kidnapped, yet I was born in a country where human slavery (and the kidnappings that resulted in said human trade) was alive and well. Interestingly, I never got kidnapped and neither did any of my siblings, or cousins, or whatever else. Most of their deaths, of those few that died, were due to political executions by the government or "army service"... which was the same thing. Undesirables with undesirable views were always assigned to the unit that got the least training, shittiest gear, and front line service.
So my comment stands. I have valid experience with not being kidnapped in a country rampant with kidnappings and both organ and flesh trade. If you were born, and live in the USA or a "western" country. You do not have such experience. You've lived your whole life in a nice safe haven. It was made so not by government. (If that were true, then China and the former USSR would've been the safest places on the planet.) Safe places are made by the bad guys not knowing when they'll not be coming home. It is also made by people learning NOT to get into a car with or taking candy from strangers. This is increasingly so with so called rich people. Especially when said rich people actually can move their residence on a whim. But hey, better off as cattle than walking without fear.

Its you city slickers that need protection by others. Out here, you provide your own, or you don't go home. Most of the folks I met here, whether sticks living for life, or "reformed city slickers", few seem to need someone to "make them safe". We got 3 sheriff deputies, which are still 3 too many, but at least they're nice enough to not interfere with people's lives. Strangely, we don't need SWAT or hostage rescue. Why? Dunno, maybe a different culture out here than some of the places you've been around. AFAIC, I believe you lay your own bed. If you need to be chipped like property to be "safe" or to have your kids be safe, i just hope you don't complain when you're treated like property. Remember, property has no rights. You and I seem to agree on these topics. Only one problem. At one time there were lots of places to "flee" to when the region got too domesticated and the people got plain stupid. I keep enjoying the fact that some quote the bible to me on this issue... you didn't, and that's good... but they often quote "and the weak shall inherit the earth"... anyone notice it says "the meek" and not "the weak" in the actual texts (English ones)? There is a difference. Meek means more to the tune of, you can be strong as hell, you just don't go and kick the neighbor's door in for no reason at all except that you can. The weak inheriting the earth makes sense... because that's where the weak majority always get buried in mass graves when the strong minority and their willing enforcers get done with them. However the meek inheriting the earth is a simple logic. The not so meek will fight each other and kill each other off while they also massacre the weak as they always do. The strong and wise who are meek will step back and let the fools kill each other and only retaliate against those who draw close and start a fight... otherwise they stay clear. in the end, after all the idiots have slaughtered each other, the meek are left to enjoy the remains... if a smouldering ruin is "enjoyable" of course.
Actually I've got some ancestral jewish friends who can't stand that religion... call it hatred of the mindset that gave them Tay Sachs, call it hatred of the mindset that spawned Marxism and pushed it to the foreground, call it what the dogmatist jews call it (they call it "self haters") but in the end it comes down that some of the newer generation aren't buying this "us versus the goyim" crap. I keep saying, if the old weren't there to push their beliefs upon the young... the young would've repaired the world long ago. And that applies to every culture... the young are curious, and capable of thought... the old repress everything that doesn't fit their world view. I frankly think school should've taught only the basics... basic math, basic language and basic hygiene... the rest should be self study. One can only wonder how the world might've changed instead of being forced to spend time in school until we can be safely included into the worker bee population, and then into the discarded retiree population... etc... no time to stop and think... and evaluate what is around.
Almost by design, there is never a break from the working ant's life. Those of us that take it, almost invariably find that the world is a place filled with awe inspiring things... in fact, the only thing I have found that I cannot change is others. And I've just about filled my list of people to keep as friends and acquaintances too.
Actually, agreement does not imply communication, nor does disagreement imply miscommunication. I may not agree with Friar Bob fucking the sheep, but when he tells me he enjoys it and I tell him I can't stand sheepfuckers, that doesn't mean we are not communicating, even if I won't let him on my property and he knows that. If he shows up, even though I'm sure he's a real "pillar" of the community, he's liable to get chased off by a rottweiler. Language is about communication as much as it is about an individual getting his ideas down for his own benefit or that of others (benefiting others is still self fulfillment because the individual that does it gains self fulfillment by doing what makes him perceive himself as a "good guy".)

What I don't get, is why is "saving lives" so important... not every culture places the lives of the stupid or incompetent on such high merit as the socialists that have encroached the world and preach the value of every life, even those that are trying actively to kill themselves, either through wilful ignorance or other means. My folks came here with me and built a business from scratch, amidst "go back where you came from" idiocies and "they came to take jobs away from Americans" stupidity. Hell we all built businesses as time went on and GAVE jobs to Americans. Many of whom were proven to not deserve them. Some of whom even cost us in the price of citations for their own negligence or laziness. Finding good people was very hard. Eventually we all retired... and I can tell you it wasn't soon enough, IMHO.
Some of the stupidest people I've ever met were here. Provide them with a good job and high pay, and they make fun of your origins or slack off when you're not around. None of them think... "hey, if this foreigner goes out of business, my 17 bucks an hour are out and I go back to the regular payscale of 15 tops! and no chance at a raise!"
So yes, I reserve the right to be quite pissed looking at Americans, as some of the most materially blessed people in history, and some of the stupidest fools to ever have lived. I view the immigrants the same way. All of them were given a nation like no other, codified protection for quite a few important rights. And what do they do? They bring that nanny state shit with them from abroad, and as if they couldn't get it, raise it on a pedestal as if it was not the same damn thing they had fled from just a few years before. Mine were different, but only because they built businesses and learned that government was nobody's friend. Not even the handout seekers. It won't be too long now... one good economical crash, and one loud cry for help from the stupid ones... and down the drain it all goes... clampdown and all. Man it'll be worth watching the stupid finally get theirs, just like I'm sure the Titanic was worth watching sink.
I was under the impression that jewish supremacy and religious doctrine and racial purity (no, when jews do it its not "racism") was part of the standard indoctrination of jewish children. Had a girlfriend at about the beginning of my teens. When her mom found out I wasn't jewish... ye unholy gods did she raise hell. Eventually it was break up or she gets kicked out of the house. Needless to say she was a good child, very obedient, like most humans in fact. She caved... and I didn't forgive her for years, until I realized what jews gotta put up with. Anti semitism is not even a quarter as racist as pro judaism is.
Scary shit. Scarier still considering how well we got along before her mama found out I wasn't a jew. Amusing... really... now that I look back on it.
