    No, it is not the recipients that are suckered - it is the companies that pay the spammers to send the useless advertisements that are suckered. The spammers just blast the shit out, they don't care that most gets deleted and that the advertizers get swamped with death threats - they are laughing all the way to the bank.

    Hmm, I think you haven't used OOo lately. The progress in OOo over the last 2 years was phenominal. There is little reason to use MSOffice today. If you have the money to waste, then I'm not going to stop you, but maybe you should download the latest copy and try in. The forms and stuff are there alright.

    I have been using OOo every day for 3 years now - the first year was rather irritating and the second year was occationally irritating, but nowadays, I never have any problems.

    Actually, measured in deaths per million kilometers, space travel is waaaaaaaaayyyyyyyy safer than commercial air travel, despite all the much publicized accidents...

    Actually, since Windows 95 is a literary work that is out of print, you could write to your minister of industry or equivalent and ask for permission to publish it - go read your version of the Copyright Act - pretty standard around the world.

    He will not reasonably refuse the request and having this letter, you will then be in the clear to start printing Windows 95 CDs, but it is not clear to me who would be so stupid as to buy them, however, a lot of people bought them origianally...

    Any halfdecent Point of Sale system can be used as a voting machine. It will cost nothing to develop and can be bought off the shelf and frankly, I'll trust a network of standard cash registers better than a specially designed voting system.
