  1. Re:Cult != Religion on UK Prosecutors Say 'Cult' Acceptable · · Score: 2, Interesting

Yes, lets quote with no attempt at understanding. The bible is not the most read book in the world through the centuries because it is simple minded. You have to study it to understand it. To the first point, read this: http://www.tektonics.org/gk/jesussayshate.html To the second point: Jesus read the man like a book, and noted that HIS greatest issue was that HE loved money above everything else, and so gave HIM a challenge which he knew would be most difficult for HIM to overcome. This is not a prescription or command for everyone. The thing for everyone to take out of this, is that you need to place nothing above God. His observation was that rich people often place their money as their highest priority. He said it is 'hard' for the rich to enter the kingdom of God, not impossible.

Sorry, but your post makes no sense. An individual can be very concerned about having people getting access to his local LAN via unsecured wireless. The end result of which can mean having warez/porn servers traceable to his IP(s), and not give a damn if someone intercepts his unimportant messages. I don't send anything confidential or important via email or IM. And having some obscure apps that you have loaded on your machine talk back to their server is a miniscule security risk. You are comparing apples to oranges.

There will always be stupid people who were bad parents, and also end up alone in the end. Also, the parents of the abandoned and abused children are clearly failures as well.

The question comes back always to why you believe you are on this earth. I guarantee you it is not to be good in your career.

As with most things these days, political or otherwise, it will ultimately come down to what you believe. I believe in God, and God says be fruitful and multiply. Not kill yourself to get highest paycheck possible.

Like most liberals, you took my comments to the extreme. Instead of understanding the obvious point that most men want a women they love and can be with, but of course they will want to have kids too. You take it as thats all they want you for.

I don't want to make you feel bad, but I think deep down you're not facing your real feelings because of your infertility, so I'll end it here.

You idiots talk about Yahoo as though the very useful and free service that they provide you is some kind of right. When you sign up for Yahoo, you are acknowledging that in order to use this free service, you are giving away your rights to some things. Your simple redneck mind can't just say, 'oh, that yahoo policy is nonsense'. The legal system has a slightly higher standard than your flip emotionalistic view of things. Yahoo's agreement clearly states, that any email you send or receive becomes their property. There is no 'rights of heirs' in this case.
