wow, i'm disapointed. When EA acquried Virgin interactive, they stopped what would have been THRILL KILL, what could have been a great gory game. you can still play it if you acquire a cd from those oh so suspicious p2p networks, and get the appropriate mod chips.
ahhh belladonna....
keep in mind that you did ALL of the linux code, where as only 15% on the windows code was leaked and therefore greped.
if we take into account 332 'dont care's per 15% of MS code, all of windows must have... 2213 'dont care's in all of windows. 13 times more than linux.
I was just at a microsoft presentation at my university this week, and the guy was cool enough to demo the lastest build of longhorn. one of the things he showed off was the photo viewer/editor that had facial recognition. it could scan a picture, find peoples faces, let you click and name them, then tell the app to find all other pictures with that person in them. i have been a "mac zealot" for years, and even i must say that it was pretty cool. the guy made a good point that "shouldnt we all be expecting computers to be able to do this kinda stuff by now anyways?" and it's true.
since it sounds like you all want to share one connection, im guessing you are gonna want a pretty damn fast connection, a la T1 or partial T3. check out this site for quotes, i found it to be a good resource:
Bandwidth.com
Why bother? Establish a permenant base on the moon to do what exactly?
Explore? Been there, done that.
Science? Benn there, done that too.
If this is just to stimulate the economy, then i guess it's better than warring against iraqi civilians.
Familar, maybe, but dominant and easy to use? Bullshit.
since when are typewriters harder to use than computers?
i guess sinces macs were harder to use than windows machines...
"Hey kids, check out how cool it have your projects and email stolen!"
"Yeah, Buffer Overflows are the shiznit!"
and the slogan will be something inspiring like
"the only cooler than using XP... is nothing."
*Sigh*
I guess you could look at this in a few different ways.
Maybe it is just a bunch of bored people without any other way, or brain power to think of a way, to spend their time.
Or maybe it's art.
But if it's art, its nothing compared to Spencer Tunick.
Or maybe...it's just something completely new and different and radical.
personally i think its bullshit.:P
