I heard from a friend of mine who used to work at Canon, that most of the internal workings of HP's printers were being produced by Canon.
Of course, I only know this from him telling me, and I have no evidence of that.
Actually I very often do. I randomly combine a series of numbers, lower case characters and upper case characters.
If I often use such a password, I will remember my passwords quite well. The ones I do not use often, I store in a secure location like an encrypted database (that is password protected by a password I memmorize)
Hahaha... well over here they do voice over the adds (in the Netherlands) Especially the ones for hair products and washing products... I don't know why those are the ones that are voiced-over most...
Even though it is true that they can buy non-MS based hardware and software with these vouchers, I am not pleased. I wanted to see MS show us the money. I would only have been pleased if MS had payed directly, and then the full value!
Well honestly... I do not think so, at least not if your wearing decent pants and don't place it on top of your crotch (which is a really odd position for a laptop in my opinion... well, not if you get off on laptops:p)

I remember a discussion on slashdot about things in space... I thought nobody could own any planets or moons, because it's in the law that you can't.

If the wind blows right, sometimes shit does roll uphill. The wind blew right allright... and now we're sitting in Microsoft's stink.

Excellent choice :)
Right... and do everything yourself? There is one other alternative. Just don't use Windows with it's reputation of having no security whatsoever.
There are enough other systems you can run... I'd say go for Mac (but heck, I am a Mac freak)
Well... that would explain it... that is quite a task, eh :)
Well... I must be immune then. I have a 12" PowerBook, and yes it does get hot... but that hot?
What do you run to heat it up like that? A furnace simulator?

The 12" PowerBook has a heat problem? Ow... then that must be why I have burns all over my lap!
Hahaha... settlement!!! As if IBM is going to get them what they want? I hope IBM burns SCO down to their last penny!
