The website of Green Power Inc. seems quite dodgy - http://cleanenergyprojects.com/. Now, that can be either a very good sign or a very very very bad sign. It reminds me of the website of the Atom chip corporation(http://atomchip.com/) with their quantum optical processors.
Do they really think it's better to pay for an egg every day than for a chicken today and then nothing for the foreseeable future?
....then pay a little for the chicken feed and pay a little for cleaning up the cage and pay a little vaccinating the chicken etc.. Clearly, you have never bought a live chicken for the eggs:)
do analyse a little bit before posting!
The producers have setup a trust fund(huffington post, first hit in google for "the fate of slumdog millionaire kids") setup which will help them get out of the rut their family is in....
And by the looks of it, the distributors (fox searchlight) might make more money than the original producers (film 4 UK)
Intellectual ventures(http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Intellectual_Ventures) does the same thing? I am sure they would have patented (or at least applied for one) the business model!!
You know, during my grandad's times, all movies used to be screened in 'Touring Talkies'...a tent with a white cloth screen at the end.
Good to know that the Touring Talkies are striking back...
Now that we have 'official' private space launches, I implore all those zillonaires-with-more-money-than -they-know-what-to-do-with, to come up and sponsor a x-prize like prize for the first moonbase!
Why shouldnot I use a windows based Lynx...or even change the browser identification string in Mozilla?
Even that would be sufficient to get 'attention', I believe.
there is also this little thing called 'peer-review' (and again the tiny thing called 'Sokal Affair')
