I find the current trend to discount the importance of free speach disturbing. Its interesting to me that it seems more important to supress dissent/alternative views/ideas more important than offending the adherents of what is a mysogenistic and developmentally backwards offshoot of a religion. Just becuase some one is loud (and often violent) doesn't make them right. Just goes to show how dangerous an idea is if people feel the need to supress it. I find the idea of jihad increadibly dangerous. I believe it needs to be supressed.

If you're using sex to develop code while you may be more satisfied than me but I susect I'm getting more done. Having used many different IDE's for many different platforms including embedded development I can say that MSVS is a great platform, for developing code to run on windows. Too bad, I could really use an IDE that makes sense to me. My test is how often I need to refer to the docs to do things in an IDE. MSVS just made sense to me, I only had to run to the docs to figure out how to automate things or get a grip on the command line options when I wanted to nmake projects. With Eclipse I'm constantly running to the docs to figure out the most mundane things.

I agreee with OP. Its makes numbering releases irrelevant rather than convinient way to index releases by usefulness. Obviously you're a fan of reading the release notes over and over again everytime you need to know what's in a particular release.

Now, before you 'color' (<- clever, no?) me an activist lemme just say that this is not a big deal to me, I'm comfortable in my disability and am not advocating some kind of radical, PETA-esque change in society. But your very first statement; "With monochromatic icons, you need to inspect each icon carefully to discern its shape.", well, sorry but I just don't find this to be too much of a burden. Yes, I do it as a matter of course. But do you REALLY need the extra help?

Let me add that our efforts so far have been miniscule when campared to the real relative distances involved in the search. Meaning that a real search effort with the given technology may be a bit beyond our current economic and technical ability.
