Having ADHD myself, I find that medication does not help me get my work done. I just force myself to sit down and get the stuff out of the way.
Still overpricing something that doesn't DO anything. Too many americans are overweight.. but we don't do anything about it. Now we've got this thing.. *sigh* What ever happened to WALKING somewhere?
What it's saying is that the most popular combination of change includes 18 cents. They're not proposing 18 cent coins.. 18 cents is only used when talking about amounts of change giving back..

I don't know what I did to you, or what personal problem you're taking your anger out on me because.. but you need to realize what you just did: You insulted somebody you don't know, for a reason you can't explain, AND it was done over the internet (while not logged in to/.).. You've just insulted yourself while trying to insult me.

Recently something was stolen from the classroom.. As punishment, we had a test every day for 2 weeks. The item was returned and we're getting an "easy day".. And as we walk out the door he's going to tell us of the quiz on Blackboard.
A new take on a wonderful movie(or a summary of all the "takes" I haven't seen around before).
It's funny, today in my Comp Repair (A/Net+) class we've been watching The Matrix all day..
I'm not too big into 'Wars, but the last news I heard was that 7-9 WERE NOT going to be made.. Also, that whole "1-3 sucking" thing could convince one to NOT fix something if it is not broken..
I've been a long time READER of/. but I've only recently (within the past.. day..) become a member.. I'm not claiming to be anything other than very new.. And I've got no idea what the appeal of the "FIRST!" screaming is about. If you're going to make a post, have it be about the topic. If you're not going to be ON-TOPIC, why bother posting in the first place?
My brain hurts, and I think I'm going to go watch MST3k.
I've found it helpful to use a laptop in classes.. I've got ADHD (and terrible hand writing), and have found that I can use my laptop to take notes in class and be able to READ them later on. I agree, it shouldn't be forced on students, but it is helpful.
Well, I don't think much energy is created by burning PAPER.. But I've got your basic idea.
And if you people are so geeky, why don't you have a perpetual motion generator just in case the power goes out?
