    ahem... do you know what a psion is?
    it is a nice pda ( i have SERIOUSLY considered buying one - its that or a 486/early pentium linux notebook ), keyboard, touchscreen and everything. m$ considers psion, NOT palm, the biggest threat to wince.

    1) i could hardly be any less jealous of this guy. he got lucky, he got his face plastered all over the boob tube ( emphasis on boob ), and now prepubescent teenage girls below the age of consent are going to want a peice of him... every girl he ever meets from now on will just be using him... 'i went out with that real world guy!'

    2) about comments that this guy isnt a 'true' hacker; you have a point, but i think most people ( much less hackers ) realize empty-v for the 24 hour fashion show that it is.

    3)i think you mean schizophrenic. but anyway, most 'geeks' are better than other people; they are less bigoted and more open than the population as a whole.

    4)wait until she breaks up with your arse. the high you are getting off of your romance will be gone and you will return to reality and think to yourself 'why in hell did i post _that_???'

    contrary to right wing propaganda, the freedom to bear arms is a leftist goal. however, most people
    are not 'all liberal' or 'all conservative', so democrats take the gun control stance despite
    being otherwise liberal. gun control is a right wing
    goal because, right now, what the right is after is
    a facist christian nation. you cant have that if 'atheist loonies' can carry guns as easily as
    christians - as soon as it is convenient to do
    so, the christian right will be more than
    happy to repeal the second amendment.

    if they are going for speed, it is certain that
    perl wont win- its interpreted fergodsake...
    or for size...

    so why do people use perl anyway?
    its certainly not an EASY language
    to learn...

    are you a spammer or something?
    because i can see no reason not to support
    this unless you were a spammer. i dont send
    out 100 emails in a year, spammers send
    thousands a day. true, it might be hard to
    enforce ( telnet to the sendmail port, etc )
    but it would discourage spammers.

    what mystifies me is that you feel important enough to dismiss this possible revolution as 'unimportant'. seriously, if amiga pulls this off,
    linux would benefit by being legitimized, and, if the amiga is multimedia-centric, more software
    ( open and closed source ) would be made
    availiable to it.
