It entirely depends on what the parent had in mind. If he means outlawing religious freedom, then I would be against it. If by limits he meant that a religious group should not have the power to enforce its beliefs upon society in general, then I am completely for it.

Maybe I should stop before I beat a dead horse even deader, but isn't atheism in and of itself a religion. There fore is Dr. Dawkins attempting to promote his religion as the only true religion and all other religions as less valuable than his?

Origins even has the Origins Awards which are internationally recognized awards along with Spiel des Jahres.

I was extremely happy with by Origins visit this year and am actually bowing out of GenCon this year.

This year Origins introduced the "Board Room" which was a nice place to find pick up board games which in past years was always accomplished in a haphazard manner while roaming the halls, of course hall roaming is still a great way to find a good pickup game.

This is why my group of friends has switched over to boardgames. We all really like playing D&D but it is too hard to get everyone together regularly to keep a campaign up and running.

Therefore we switched to boardgames, there is no carry over from one session to the next and is doesn't matter which subset of the group shows up to play.

Our current selection of games we play are Settlers of Catan, Puerto Rico and for a little extra fun Betrayal at House on the Hill

We are planning on adding Ticket to Ride and Amun-Re to our selection, these will likely replace Puerto Rico on an ongoing basis because although we all like the premise and strategy of Puerto Rico the visual feedback is a little low.

Wouldn't it be easier (maybe even much easier) to say that gravity is not constant, we already have the concept of a strong and weak nuclear force that explain differences over distances of the nuclear force.

Using Occam's Razor wouldn't it be easier to assume that our gravitational equations are wrong and that a different one is needed to operate at galactic and intergalactic distances, or maybe that the gravitation functions are vary continuously with distance or mass or some other thing.

It's not complete rubbish as I know that many of the players of these games are signed up for multiple games. I personally only play Guild Wars as I don't like the monthly subscriptions, but I have two friends who plays WOW, SWG, UO, CoF and Guild Wars and two other friends who play 3 of those (WOW, CoF, GW) and another frind who plays EQ and GW.

So the total pool is definitely larger than the largest MMORPG but it is definitely not the total of all of them. I would probably venture a to say (without any stats to back it up) that 30%-40% of players play multiple MMORPGs if they play any at all.

In the part of Ohio where I live all students must attend their freshman (9th grade) year of high school and then have the option to leave and attend the sister vocational school. This school trains students in specific vocations (such as auto mechanics, cosmotology, etc...) but still supplies basic academic courses throughout their time at the school.

These students then graduate with those who stayed in the "college prep" high school. It is a fantastic program and I had always thought that these types of programs occured everywhere in the country.
