    People usually follow these rules - so there is no need for a jammer!
    It's been my experience (uniquely?) that whenever such rules (no smoking, speed limit, etc.) are established, there's always some asshole who assumes that the restrictions don't apply to him/her and goes right ahead with the offending behaviour, regardless.

    ... the fact that you can read "the" source code doesn't guarantee that's the version of the software -- or even the software itself -- actually being run on the machine. Is there some audit procedure for the compile/link/install process?

    Ref: This study by New Scientist. Note that Denmark is one of the happiest countries in the world despite having a substantially lower "standard of living" than the US.
