I live in California, and it is official, more than 50% of the population speaks Spanish. English is officially the state languauge but we print ballots in 9, count em 9 languages. As a minority english speaker here I do NOT feel the need to employ LANGUAGE POLICE. The crazy Cannuck Frogs are just too inbred.....

To call the RIAA a pit weasel is to insult PIT BULLS and WEASELS alike. The only way you could get lower than an RIAA member is to graduate law school as well:)
so remove the ads and turn of auto update..is a very simple process involving 3 dll's and 1 core file. Instructions can be found via a google search on remove adds from ICQ:)
We use them in racks here at work, connect via terminal server to 100's of machiens. Every machine seems to have the timing set slightly different and we get wavy lines until it is manually adjusted. It may be that this is a cheap LCD monitor, but just the same I like my.20 DP
mitsubishi monitor. I run at 1600x1200 as well with a very respectable refresh rate. Though I can't play UT or T2 at that level:)
That's the point this isn't your computer...IT IS A RACF controlled mainframe....There is a REASON there has NEVER been a mainframe VIRUS, beyond the fact that no script kiddie has one:)
that would IMO, only apply if YOU hacked the player. If you purchase a player with the ability to switch zones there is NO attempt to circumvent the (chuckle) encryption of the DVD. As an avid Anime fan in the US, a ZONE-FREE player causes many problems, you want zone "switchable" player.
That way the player supplies what ever the DVD 'wants' to see:)

OK so let me back Michael up. I got the game to install on my machine..AMD 1.3 256 mb ddr2100, 32x cd, 10x dvd, nvidia geforce 2 gts 64 ddr.
It would not install on either of my CD or DVD, luckily I had an old 10x sony cd that I installed and it read fine.
Once the game was installed it Blue screened about 9 times with various errors.
The FINALLY it started RUNNING, at about 3 fps.
My sound blaster live sounds like an AM radio with HEAVY interferance.
I would honestly like to say somthing good about this game BUT I CAN'T. UBI support is HORRIBLE.
The first option was for me to re-install my OS. I was told that would solve the problem.LOL I bet it would.
The second option was to re-install the same game over again, I MUST have made a mistake, YES I DID, I PAYED FOR THIS.
The opening scene crawled by and I screamed.....
I would like to give you more gameplay issues but I could not play the game.
I too am returning this STINKY PYLE...
