    There was a story in Canada of an old woman who had her pin written down in her wallet and she got it stolen. The robbers wiped the account and she complained. The bank want to charge her but folded from pressure from reader digest. In that case I think she should have been charged.

So purchasing the same phone from the same provider at a later date can get you better reception." Unfortunately that's wrong. The towers are not hard coded into the phone and a software fix cannot fundementally alter the reception. However your are probably referring to different version of the same phone which do change the hardware and software in the phone.

    Anyone else notice that they were mis-using CAPTCHA throughout the article. CAPTCHA stands for a turing test (completely automated public Turing test to tell computers and humans apart). They can be discriminatory but not all of them are.

    Besides Record companies are just experencing a Laffer curve due to their greed. How come price gouging on oil is illegal but it's not illegal for music?

    It's odd how people can read but not understand. There is no "honest" votes in the eyes of the system. Just like and unlike votes. If you start spamming you just get associated with the other spamming votes. Likewise if you choice to disown bad files you will be grouped with other people who do the same.

    Mod Parent down. The TV Commerical shows a guy walking with a rocket launcher, stripers, a fight, cops chasing someone and a car being blown up. I think that's a pretty good representation of whats in GTA:SA.

    There a different though, when you send a tcp request to a http server that server has the same agreement through that isp to access their network but nowhere does it say that the ISP (or anyone else for that matter) can access the server.

    It may be annoying however it's the law that the currency must be accepted. http://laws.justice.gc.ca/en/C-52/text.html. There are limits put on the amount of small currency you can pay with however the guy could have come in with a thousand dollar bill and demanded change for it (in Canada).

    I don't see how you disagree with getting a dell. You agree that all it's going to be used for is word processing, so why wouldn't they go for a dell? It's cheaper, has more space and memory. How exactly is the mac providing more value? The dell even has a better warrenty.

    I have a PII which is as much as server and a quad xeon (works fine as a webserver, no downtime in the past year due to parts (only had it for a year)).
