For basic system understanding does it really help much if you know how to put out graphics in assembler on an Amiga when you will most likely do it through DirectX or something such nowadays?
Maybe I'm wrong. Also 4 GB / one million = 4 kB. Did the C64 put everything in RAM and then executed it? Leaving some RAM for data / overwriting things which would later be unnecessary? I had a SVI-728 but i didn't knew much about it and I don't know how much data a few laps of a cassette tape can hold =P. Compared to the 880kB DD disks of the Amiga one million feels like an exaggeration:)
99% of the RAM is wasted on unimportant stuff anyway;)

Has nothing to do with MobileMe but still with inconvenient solutions from Apple just so they can sell more of their gear. I'd rather choose options which benefits _me_.

And considering how much Apple machines cost + what iLife cost I think they could had offered it for free as an "Apple advantage", like "Hey, I've got a mac and you get this free account where you can host your pictures, web pages and so on with it!" instead of charging what IMHO is an over-price making it much less of an advantage and rather a disadvantage because it's _NEEDED_ for some things it shouldn't be needed for.

They have also increased taxes, the EU is bitching about the price of our electricity (and how it should be in line with the rest of the EU I assume) and for instance how people in the south get much cheaper electricity than people in Denmark so now they have made a split if four of Sweden so the two regions down south will get raised electricity costs than the two ones up north.
That's regulation for you;)
We could build more hydroelectric power and we have lots of Uranium but people probably don't want it mined in their backyard. Instead the retards build wind power where they subsidize the companies (by putting more cost on the rest of the electricity(?) - in that way you won't really notice the actual cost of the environmental friendly electricity and everyone will have to pay more for the choices and ideology of others) which when have to sell the electricity for cheap once it starts to blow because they are all producing more electricity and got no way to store it.
Or something such, what's written as "facts" may not actually be any but rather opinions of others which I've read. So there may be lots of errors:) Don't know how much of the raised cost is thanks to EU and wind power.
