It would depend heavily on how the security policy was written. If it references "patient data/files," it could be argued that Hugh G. Rection is not a patient, and thus there was no violation. The violator would only have to prove that he read only Hugh G. Rection's file. If it only specifies "data/files," well, then you're screwed.
On the other hand, if the record is false, no ones privacy has been violated.

Theres no scientific proof that ADHD even exists. This is all experienced based. People with ADHD reporting to so called experts, experts watching people with ADHD and conducting studies and tests.
The real problem is that they wont let us do cool experiments like cloning ADHD kids, growing them in boxes, and then disecting them at the end of the experiment. Damn Congress, getting in the way of science.
Yeah, using ZIP for encryption is like locking your car doors while leaving the windows open. There are (or at least there used to be) programs to recover "your" lost passwords.
Actually, it's because every program that runs on Windows can do (almost) whatever it wants. I'd bet you'd see a lot more Linux viruses if we all ran as root.

Forget $1 coins, I want a $1.0753875 coin so I can buy things that cost 99 cents.
I would say that liberal arts internships are usually unpaid, and that most technical ones are paid. However, technical ones tend only to be available later in your college career.
I'm almost certain that it is faster. However, I think the real question is whether or not there is enough bandwidth, and a fast enough latency. Unless this thing has a hard drive, videocard, etc, which would kind of defeat the purpose, all of your IO transations would have to take place over firewire. I don't think it is impossible, but it would take some very creative hardware/software integration, and would be difficult to do with an attractive price.

Just wait until they power manned spacecraft this way. I can see it now...
Astronaut: Houston, libreenty.so is not available.
Houston: Hold on, we've got our best people reading Reentry-HOWTO.

It'll be even less funny a week from now, when they post it again.
