  2. Re:Medicalizing Normality on Continued Rise In Autism Diagnoses Puzzles Researchers, Galvanizes Advocates · · Score: 0

Diagnoses is only interesting if people have problems. The reason that the number of diagnoses is rising is because of the changing world. More people in more crowded places, the enormous amount of information coming to people and it being more and more important to be communicatively strong and to stand up for yourself. In a more egocentric and busy world, people with autism get more easy into problems. In the past people had the problems too. But those people could just follow others, look for more quiet places and do their own thing. Nowadays that is a lot harder to do. So now people with autistic problems get more problems in the real world and therefore get "found out" more. It is not for nothing that the more busy states in the US have also more people diagnosed with autism. (the closer to Washington.....). Autism on a farm is not a big deal. Autism used not to be much of a problem in the IT world either. But now in IT also communication gets more important..... and therefore more trouble for people with autistic problems.... I do not think that there are more autistic people now. I think that more autistic people get into problems now and because of that get diagnosed

  4. Re:one word on Samsung Hits Apple With 20% Price Increase · · Score: 0

I think it works a bit differently. Apple has started to decrease the amounts they buy from Apple. When the ordersize decreases, the costs per item increase. That is why discount on large amounts exist. Possibly Samsung personell wants more salary too once in a while. And with Apple starting to claim they want to stop using Samsung as a provider, Apple does not have an extra advantage in the offering process. It is not like Apple will buy more if the price goes down. It more that Apple still buy's because they cannot do without Samsung yet. Ofcourse that is an advantage for Samsung in the negotiations.

  5. Old story and untrue on Tom Tom Sells GPS Info To Dutch Cops · · Score: 0

I do not get it why people bring so clearly untrue stories in the world to harm companies. Tom Tom never planned to sell their information to the Dutch police. Now they know that the Dutch police is using it they are making sure that the Dutch police will not be able to anymore. They however never sold it to the Dutch police in the first place but the Police got it from second hand. I do not know what reason the original writer has to post this information while it is old and already known not to be true. Personal interest? Funny how so many people also react outraged without checking information.

  8. Evolution theory is not proven on Putting Anti-Evolution Candidates On the Spot · · Score: 0, Troll

Evolution theory is not proven. There are many gaps in the theory. Why for instance if we are descendants of apes, do we have a tube in our head that apes do not have. Oh... Lizards do have that tube too so why wouldn't we be descendants of the lizards? Also they are missing a couple of billion years in the evolution theory and they use the same reasons to build the evolution theory on than that they dismiss the creation theory for. Which kind of gives the evolution theory at least the same amount of doubts in regards to whether it is true or not. Evolution theory is a theory. Nothing more, nothing less. I do not see why not believing in it would make anyone a worse candidate.
