    Working in "the fields" is an incredibly important, honorable activity. Don't be an asshole and take it out on farmers (or rednecks) when it's CHRISTIAN FUNDAMENTALISTS who are responsible. Otherwise you're just as bad as the people who claim "blacks are stupid" or "gays are perverts".

    No one believes MS is a charity. No one believes MS will give this stuff away, no strings. You must think we're all stupid, or at least less perceptive than you.

    What some of us DO believe is that MS will release things that are, ultimately, useful and valuable.

    And you never answered GP's question. For a developer, this could be exactly what they want. An opportunity to develop something, then cash in. Why's that bad?
