    Try Chrome to see how tab dragging in action. Drag tab into a new window, drag tab into preexisting windows etc... works very well indeed.

    Isn't this quite analogous to the state of neurons in the brain? Weighted rather than on or off? Would this benefit modelling the brain in any way? A cluster of memristors? Just a thought...

    Almost, but not quite... Broken Arrow refers to an accidental event that involves nuclear weapons or nuclear components but which does not create the risk of nuclear war

    Pinnacle - Empty Quiver refers to the seizure, theft, or loss of a nuclear weapon or nuclear component.

    So "Empty Quiver" covers both.
