The only bitch I really have with the game is some of the cards are a bit vague. This leaves much room for rules interpretation- which if you play with a group of people resembling mine, is a bad thing.
I wouldn't consider it broken. Every game I've played has gone quite smoothly. I can't vouch for the expansions because I haven't used them yet.
Zombies!!! by Twilight Creations is a great game that can be played through in an hour or less. There are elements of both strategy and luck, and this game has one serious "screw your friends" factor. I believe that there are also two expansions.
Always have a disclaimer form that releases you from liability should something go wrong. If my customer won't sign the form, I won't touch the PC. That way, the user can't blame you if he screws up and loses everything from his drive a few weeks after you've done your thing.

Rare Independents? I don't think so. All of the searches I made returned zilch. 300,000 songs is not an extensive selection considering 99% of them are by "artists" like Limp Bizkit and Eminem.

I've never used it myself, but there's MacDraft (which seems to be a full-featured CAD app).
Tiger direct has a 256MB pen drive for $50, and one of their 512MB models is only $110. The 1GB drives are still up there.
