    I disagree.
It seems to me that most people can figure out how to install all manner of junk on their PCs, or have it installed for them at the click of a button.
All you have to do is put "Free" or "Cool" or "My" in the name and you're all set.
There's probably no reason why the compatibility can not be provided in the form of of a plugin for 90% of existing users (you know who I mean), we could get all those SPAM mailer zombie trojan writers to "help" those without the ability or confidence to install new software.

That one's only a GIF, I'd like a lossless true colour version.
(And not just the GIF converted to PNG either, that's just lame)

I've got one too, but don't know the vintage. My 3 year old has it on her machine, so there's a testament to the way things were built "back in the old days". It has crayon and coloured marker all over it, bananna and cake all through it, every key still works perfectly. Nice sized keys with a good spacing and auditory feedback: perfect for very young people.

That would be an example of Darwinism. It's frustrating that we expend resources to reverse a system (survival of the survivable) that has benefitted us for so long. Our reality has changed somewhat from 40,000 years ago, but then so has what it means to be viable and what it take to survive. I don't see why a plaintif's terminal stupidity should be a good argument, although I'm sure it has been.
