I think the "exploit" is that you can have a file in there with a path like ../../etc/blah and they will go outside of your "empty directory".

I don't get it. Where is the lack of validating user input? Why would you filter out foo/var../../../../etc/hosts or whatever? Is there a rule that says that relative path names aren't allowed in archives and archives can only be extracted to subdirectories? Aren't archives supposed to work like they are currently and allow files to be overwritten?

Apple also said that MacOS Mojave would combat a technique called "fingerprinting", in which advertisers try to track users who delete their cookies. The method involves identifying computers by the fonts and plug-ins installed among other configuration details. To counter this, Apple will present web pages with less details about the computer. "As a result your Mac will look more like everyone else's Mac, and it will be dramatically more difficult for data companies to uniquely identify your device," Mr Federighi explained.

Just the radiation and differences in gravity would kill humans very quickly. You guys need to grow and take care of this planet, because it is the only one we will ever have.

No, the smart move is to not invest in a company that has an infinitely negative P/E ratio and is $10 billion in debt and tons of competition. Tesla has a high valuation because people are stupid. Its stock is worth about $0.
