    It doesn't cost $800 to manufacture an iPhone. More like $100. In the US it would maybe be $150. It is Apples greed that is the blame.

    Oh there were a couple of other minor issues:
    They were in Hawaii
    They were in normal gravity
    They weren't being bombarded by radiation that would kill them in a week
    But I guess they proved that people can live in Hawaii for a full year, and the support staff got a nice vacation on the taxpayers dime.

    A handful of illegitimate needs? Google is the largest search engine of .torrent files on the web. Hardly a handful. Plus if you do a video search they link to tons of videos that are infringing on copyright. They even provide video previews of the illegal material on the search page!
