  1. Global worker rights on Andy Grove Speaks out on Offshore Outsourcing · · Score: 1, Informative

I think the only solution to stopping offshore outsourceing is global worker rights. Profits should be second to workers.

This shows that Nokia obviously needs to work more on product testing. I mean you expect cell phones to have problems with software or something minor. Sounds more like a prank cell phone then a real one.

  7. Is this how the government spends our money? on Disgruntled Fan Arrested, Indicted For Spam Attacks · · Score: 2, Insightful

This is a civil matter. The newspapers should sue the guy, he did something wrong, but there is no point in putting the guy in jail for the rest of his life and make him bankrupt. After all, putting someone in prison will acomplish nothing, they are meant to correct people or keep dangerous ones out of society. This will just spend more of tax payers money needlessly. Putting someone in prison for the rest of his life is expensive, and after all don't we have better things to pay for like an illegal war based on lies?

  8. Communist for open source on CCAGW Misreads Mass. Policy, Open Standards Generally · · Score: 1

First of all, let me say I think that open source is a wonderful thing. I disagree with almost all of their arguement, except for the socialist part. This is a capitalist country, and 'open' is not a word commonly associated with capitalism. This does not change my feeling that Mass. should use open source software, I mean come on, it is more secure! I thing we need to waste the CCAGW if anything.

  9. RIAA using terrorist tactics on RIAA Offers Amnesty to File Sharers · · Score: 1

Seems that the RIAA is trying to spread their message using fear. It seems that the RIAA is using a terrorist tactic. I am not the type to be accusing like that, but its the RIAA, going after high school students like myself is just wrong. Offering amnisty along with allowing you to report people is like blacklisting.

  10. some musicians don't deserve the money on RIAA Prepares Legal Blitz Against Filesharers · · Score: 1

Music isn't about the money, it should be about the music. The true musicians don't care who downloads, but be happy their music is being listened to. The RIAA is just proving what some "musicians" really care about, the Money. -Seriv
