You sound like someone who has no idea about Europe. Seriously. It's staggering that you feel capable of blathering such nonsense out there as if it's fact. Amazing. No wonder you believe the nonsense you do if you are so willing to forego critical thinking and just accept whatever notions you want to accept as the gospel truth.
Rapidly turning into a Muslim state? Not even close. You are just telling everyone you are a reactionary xenophobe who sucks the right-wing teat in order to become educated. Ouch.
Because if you accidentally say "open" instead of "free" he will launch into a tirade about how the two are entirely different, and then quite possibly ignore the rest of your question entirely.
I take it you don't know how much it costs to get into the US legally, and that Germany will allow anyone with a Syrian passport immediate asylum with an aim to permanent residence.
You seem to be parroting some idea you heard somewhere, and not actual facts...
Apart from the fact that he got those chemical weapons from the west and the US knew they had a shelf-life of far less than 20 years... I mean, ignoring the full knowledge the only chemical weapons left in Iraq were not viable weapons, how could anyone possibly know?
You seem to be a tad confused. AIG (a US company) received bailout money, and some of that went to Deutsche Bank. Since then, AIG have repaid their bailout with profit, meaning the government (and so the tax payers too) made money from this particular bailout.
Microsoft first opened its doors in Ireland in 1985 with a small manufacturing facility employing just over one hundred people. Since that time, Microsoft Ireland has grown to encompass four distinct operations at its campus in Sandyford in Dublin, employing over 1,200 full time employees and 700 full-time contract staff.
Microsoft's operations in Ireland include software development and testing, localisation, operations, finance, IT, HR and sales & marketing, both here in Ireland and across Europe, Middle East and Africa.
You can't just guess that Microsoft just has a shell company in Ireland and then use that guess to condemn them. Well, you can, but it just makes you look ridiculous. Your obvious ignorance of EU data protection laws also doesn't help you look particularly sensible.
The fact you think "The Left" is some monolithic entity with a single goal speaks volumes for how abjectly childish and oversimplified your view of the world is. Seriously. It's embarrassing to read someone launch such a poorly thought-out tirade against half of the political spectrum as if it is one entity. You really need to read more.
Providing perspective is not rationalising. If the added perspective caused you to change your understanding of the topic at hand, then the problem lies with your willingness to accept facts without perspective.
Feeling a bit insecure? There is a common vocabulary used to describe the various aspects of whisky flavour. You stumbling across it and calling it arrogance is indicative of arrogance, but in you and not them. Don't judge things you don't understand.
You are confusing the subjects "history" and "history as portrayed in a TV show". Don't. When you lash out at "history as portrayed in a TV show" but call it "history" you will look rather foolish. As you just found out.
If America hates mercenaries so much, why does it fund them, train them, and keep on using them? You might also want to look at the heaps of other socialized services and infrastructure projects in the US before getting more confused.
A republic is a country without a dynastic leader. It has nothing to do with democracy or dictatorship. There are democratic non-republics, democratic republics, non-democratic non-republics, and non-democratic republics. If you wish to use the definition of republic as a "representative democracy without a dynastic leader", it won't help much as that definition is woefully confusing and not at all useful when discussing different systems of governments.

By which definition?
Grow up. You have the online appearance of a petulant 12 year old desperately trying to seem tough. It's sad.
I think the guy wanted a more contemporary example, not something 20 years old.
Because if you accidentally say "open" instead of "free" he will launch into a tirade about how the two are entirely different, and then quite possibly ignore the rest of your question entirely.
Your analogy was false, though, which was why the GP said what they did. If you'd chosen a more factually-accurate analogy, you'd be fine.

And like any other powerful tool it needs to be controlled otherwise it can do great damage if not used sensibly.
According to Microsoft:
You can't just guess that Microsoft just has a shell company in Ireland and then use that guess to condemn them. Well, you can, but it just makes you look ridiculous. Your obvious ignorance of EU data protection laws also doesn't help you look particularly sensible.

Timesharing is/was nothing like the cloud. Yes, both involve connecting to remote computers to perform tasks, but that's where the similarities end.
MAC addresses are frequently written on the packaging that devices come in. Unless the thief steals that too, it could work.
And that doesn't change a single thing. You still can't use Gimp if you need Pantone.

You seem to be far more interested in condemning this than understand it, it seems :)
I think you'll find it's whisky, not whiskey. :)

And the car-jackers get a car which will drive them to the nearest police station free of charge. I don't see your point.
Plus where the hell do you live where car jacking is still a thing? Robocop's Detroit in the 80s?
If America hates mercenaries so much, why does it fund them, train them, and keep on using them? You might also want to look at the heaps of other socialized services and infrastructure projects in the US before getting more confused.
You realise you just look silly when making such statements, right? Probably not, come to think of it...
