I wonder how this works with tabs.
I open lots of links in their own tab that sit loaded but unseen until I'm done with what I'm doing.
Do those unseen tabs get credit as viewing time?
"If MPAA sold fruit, I'd feed a banana in my DVD drive, and get out 100 bananas for free. You can clearly see the problem MPAA has to meet."
Unfortunately, everyone has also figured out that the record companies are using the magic DVD drive to make the bananas in the first place so they don't have much sympathy.
Yes, those are the weights of the bullets, in "grains".
150 grain is not a count, like a bushel, it is a unit of weight, like a gram, describing the mass of a bullet loaded into the cartridge or otherwise.
Grain
In English weight measure, 7000 grains equal one pound; 437.5 grains equal one ounce. Incorrectly used in referring to a granule, or kernel, of powder. Thus "35 grains of powder" always refers to 35 of the weight-unit grains, never to 35 individual granules of powder.

"grain count"?
Not exactly.
When using the term grain in relation to bullets or gunpowder it is a unit of measure, think gram, ounce, pound.
1 grain = 0.0648 g
It is not a granule that you would count.
"At some point the users themselves have to stop and learn how to use their computers properly, if they want to use them. If they're too lazy to figure it out, *and* demand security, they should not use a computer."
My OSX box is used daily without a problem by my wife, my children, and my children's friends in the neighborhood.
None of these users have the slightest clue about "using a computer properly".
From my point of view you are just making excuses for Vista.
OSX, Tiger, runs on a G3-400, I do it every day.
What do you get out of all the extra work the computer is doing to run Vista?
Can someone who understands better than me explain what all is churning in the background?
Tivo is neat but I just don't watch TV.

Everything should just work no matter what, you should never have to read the box before you buy anything?
Or does that just apply to Apple?
I'm sorry.
Windows 64 bit is not listed as supported.

How is this guys problem anything but his own fault?
So if I can prove my P2P software will not allow any one file to be downloaded more than 5 times I'm good to go?
Maybe the Judge should ask to see the "Tubes".
German is going to be even harder to read without space bars.
Maybe there needs to be a combo bulb/fixture that uses LEDs to fill in during the warm up of the compact fluorescent?

For me using the ADB mouse with my B&W G3 under 10.4.8 actually seemed to work even better than the USB mouse.
I don't think it's fair that Viacom programming gets all the free advertising on YouTube's bandwidth.

Yes but your $300.00 PC does NOT come with a copy of Windows Vista Ultimate and the Mac Mini does come with a full version of OSX.
Sounds great!
I get to decide what is bad and what is good
You can send you tributes to the folllowing address.........
If the DRM is really not from MS.
Where is the "Business Only" version of windows without the HD, DVD, and without the DRM?
Maybe the Golgafrinchan option would be better.
We use a system that is so hosed that we smash every computer with a hammer before it comes in the door.
Great.
Preview opens PDF files instantly under OSX.
Are you comparing Vista to an OS released 16 years ago?
"Vista, nearly as few incompatibilities as System 7!"
Vista may be not be legal to use in any medical related function under HIPAA.t ability_and_Accountability_Act
Can anyone provide a better assessment of this?

You can also subtract out the 5%-9% that are Macs.
Yeah, you are right, it does get ugly fast.
